Two living rooms offer space to hang out, a dedicated dining room makes group meals easy, and the full kitchen is stocked and ready for everything from coffee to cocktails. Each of the four bedrooms offers a comfy place to land, including a bunk room with a desk setup and plenty of room for the whole crew.

We use a smart lock system for your convenience. Guests will receive a unique code prior to check-in, so you can arrive anytime after check-in with zero stress—no keys needed.

Neighborhood Overview
Located right in the heart of Caseville, this home is a short stroll to downtown’s shops, restaurants, and the beach. Despite the central location, the neighborhood stays peaceful and quiet—perfect for morning walks, evening drinks on the porch, or a break from the summer buzz. You’ll feel right at home in no time.
HOUSE RULES:

- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors` way!
-No Smoking
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.

Great house close to town and beach. Loved exploring all the shops and beaches. Was so glad we were able to bring our dogs. Thanks for letting us stay.

Shops and restaurant was nice and close walking distance the beach was beautiful but a hike, maybe drive u less u want a nice long walk. House was big and supplied everything u need thanks

Was not the cleanest especially for the price we paid for the two nights. There was a lot of spider webs and dust present. King bed was comfortable.
