About this property
Cedar Shoals Cottage
North Bruce Peninsula STA License # NBP-2021-570
The cottage is named after the rock shoals on the waterline which are unusual in Tobermory and allow a sheltered area for small kids to play and immediate access to 6 foot deep water on the far side, perfect for swimming. The aspect is due west so sunset views are incredible year round.
The cottage is extremely private as the lots on either side are undeveloped, no neighbors are visible. Our take on a modern, Westcoast style cottage on Lake Huron in Tobermory, Ontario.
Both Tobermory and Fathom Five National Park are a 10-15 minutes drive.
Swimming in Lake Huron in front of the cottage is excellent with water shoes.
You have access to the entire cottage, the surrounding property, deck, hot tub and fire pit.
Local property manager is available as needed
Rural, quiet area of Tobermory close to both town and the Grotto / Bruce Peninsula National Park

Lovely cottage overlooking the water. Quiet and peaceful - great escape from the hustle and bustle of life. Gorgeous views and a couple of incredible sunsets. Well equipped kitchen made meals easy. Host was prompt with replies and friendly.
The cottage was great. It was very clean and comfortable. Swimming was ine of ghe highlights. The water is so clear, it is amazing, but a bit cold. Thankfully there is a great hot tube on the deck that over looks the lake. Sunsets were another highlight.
