This home was a perfect place for our overnight stay in Katy, TX. It had all the amenities we needed including comfortable beds, WiFi connection, clean and tidy bathrooms, kitchen and living space. Centrally located, clear directions, and good communication from host were other benefits. We would be glad to stay there again.

All I can say about this particular rental is perfection. The absolute cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. Most supplied rental I’ve ever stayed in. Phoung knows how to host. No complaints!!

Generally a really nice property for the price.Only marks against this property were some sugar ants (we had to buy some traps), the awkward shape of the guest bathroom, and not disclosing the Ring doorbell in the listing. The AC broke on the 2nd night of the stay, but was fixed by the end of the following day, so no marks off for that. The owner was prompt and helpful, but did startle us quite a lot when she explained how to lock the door through the Ring doorbell while we were trying to lock it instead of in some kind of written instruction. The only time there was writing to mention locking the door was in the check OUT instructions.Can't give a full 5 stars, but still a generally enjoyable rental!
