Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights
IF your departure falls on a Garbage & Recycle Collection day, please place them in the appropriate bins on the SE corner of the house BEFORE 7:30am. Check the Information Binder for Collection Dates.
-Leave towels on the floor or the bathtub in the washroom. -Unplug small appliances (water kettle, rice cooker) if used, and turn everything off as you would at your home.
-If you have used the Sofa Bed; do not try to put the mattress top back into the vacuum storage bag. The host will do this. - Please notify the Host when you have left.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets are to be Accompanied by Owners at all times. Please keep them out of the flower/vegetable beds. A $50 fee will be levied for cleanup of feces.
NO bicycles in the unit. They can be locked up under the back deck. This is at your own risk, the owner assumes no responsibility for theft or damage.
- Towels are not to be taken off the property [eg. the beach] - Owner stores some items in the suite Please don't use items tagged: NOT for PUBLIC USE

We love it here! Travelling with our special needs adult son is challenging but Randy and Mayra made us feel at home; they’re extremely kind and accommodating. The neighbourhood is gorgeous, family friendly with beautiful trails close by. Mayra and Randy truly enjoy running their suite, they go the extra mile! We've already booked a second stay. Cute cottage. Very close to Lynn Canyon park. Good bed and coffee. The only improvement is ligting. There is not a cozy feeling. The super bright lights make it feel like an interrogation room.

Lovely stay in a beautiful area

Very clean suite with anything you'd need. They even have a projector screen TV. Owners were lovely and very responsive. They even made is blueberry and chocolate bread. We’ll absolutely be staying again.

The property was as advertised. It had everything we needed including quality mountain bikes. The property is close to an amazing trail system and is only a 5 minute walk away. Restaurants and groceries are all close by. We visited Squamish and Shannon falls, again this place is close to everything!The hosts were very responsive and answered our numerous questions. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

The host was very quick to respond on all contacts. The suite was very clean and quiet. A few steep stairs to enter if you have mobility issues . Close to hiking trails and bike routes. Parking is a bit tight on the street, but not a busy road so its ok . I recomend this suite to anyone .

Beautiful location, a short easy walk from several popular trails and 15-20 min walk from village centre. Very welcoming space. Super clean, good instructions and easy to find. Host was helpful and quick to answer messages. Only two nitpicks are: we had some difficulty parking since the road is already packed with cars and also would have liked some more smaller lamps in the main room (bedside lamps or similar) since the ceiling lights are incredibly bright and the windows don't let in much light this time of year.

Thank you for your review we greatly appreciate it! The parking ebbs and flows on this street and we understand that sometimes it can be challenging to find a space in front of the property. We considered making a dedicated parking space but local bylaws and drastically changing the esthetics of the property made this option undesirable. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
