The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights
IF your departure falls on a Garbage & Recycle Collection day, please place them in the appropriate bins on the SE corner of the house BEFORE 7:30am. Check the Information Binder for Collection Dates.
-Leave towels on the floor or the bathtub in the washroom. -Unplug small appliances (water kettle, rice cooker) if used, and turn everything off as you would at your home.
-If you have used the Sofa Bed; do not try to put the mattress top back into the vacuum storage bag. The host will do this. - Please notify the Host when you have left.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets are to be Accompanied by Owners at all times. Please keep them out of the flower/vegetable beds. A $50 fee will be levied for cleanup of feces.
NO bicycles in the unit. They can be locked up under the back deck. This is at your own risk, the owner assumes no responsibility for theft or damage.

This place was LOVELY! Randy and Mayra took such good care of us. The place was clean and cozy and we felt very safe. The hosts reply so quickly and were happy to accommodate us. The listing is also truly gorgeous, the garden was beautiful and so peaceful to stay in. It was close to everything we needed in the city while also being a great home away from home in a great neighbourhood. Could not recommend this place more!

We have enjoyed greatly the stay. The location is closer to fantastic restaurants in North Vancouver and about 30min drive to the Vancouver attractions. Everything went smoothly and the hosts were above and beyond. With special attention to the spotless cleaning conditions and comfort.

The unit was very clean. The hosts were very pleasant to talk to. We loved the banana bread, but if it was a little bigger we would love it more. We liked the location as it was out of the way in a quiet area and close to Lynn canyon.

Just what we needed for our busy weekend in Van. Clean, full kitchen, comfy bed, and the projector was a special treat for relaxing with a movie in the evenings.Wish the weather was better for our stay so we could have enjoyed the beautiful water feature in the backyard. Perhaps next time.

While the space is a little bit tight for a family of four plus doggy, it worked well for us. The hosts are friendly and helpful. The backyard garden area we really enjoyed this May, watching hummingbirds, sipping coffee outside, and lounging in the hammock chair. This VRBO is great value and excellent location for hiking in Lynn Canyon. We also enjoyed exploring Doran Park and other neighborhood walks.
