In a nice neighborhood, very comfortable bright master bedroom on the top floor in this house, have your own bathroom, when there's a third guest then we can set up a XL twin bed. There is also a closet. Share Kitchen, living room, dining room backyard and laundry area is a shared area, Portable air conditioning. Laundry area in basement. We will provide Cooking utensils and cutlery. We could set another single bed for fouth guest as picture shows

Large room and clean. Spare futon bed was really comfy with a foam topper. Queen bed was a bit soft but nice sheets and an extra blanket if needed. Towels were large and fluffy. Neighborhood is residential & seemed safe and quiet. Easy check in and lots of street parking. Great value and will stay again!

Kits beach

We enjoyed the tub and quietness of the house and neighborhood. Everything was delightful. If I had to give a suggestion on how to better improve I'd say outdoor light to see key pad at night and maybe parking infront of home but if thats all i got, highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay. Alex and Amy were very helpful and welcoming. While I didn't really use the kitchen for cooking I had access to bowls and plates for breakfast and lunches. The room was clean and larger than I expected. The bed was very comfortable. We did have a couple of glitches with the front door and the electric lock but it was resolved quickly. There was a Keurig coffee machine in my room but it wasn't working properly but I was still able to go down to the kitchen and use the one down there.

Restful / Relaxing Stay

The VRBO provided a great base for our schedule with ease of access to amenities and great for getting to and from the variety of appointments that we had around the city. Quiet, clean and restful.

Nice stay in Quiet Neighborhood

Not luxurious but mostly a fine experience in the master suite. Good value for the price.

Great location but many different rooms being rented individually

Great location and very clean. Listing did specify that accommodations were shared but didn't make clear just how many different rooms were being rented. (At least 8 by our count). That said if you're not bothered by a lot of different people coming and going it's a nice place to stay. Cleaning lady was there daily and was helpful when we had questions and needed an iron.

Odd mix

Odd mix of nice finishes, such as shown in listing photos, with other areas in need of repair. Large room with large bed and separate bathroom with new appearing tub, separate shower. Unfortunately could not enjoy tub due to a strong mildew odor from shower. Room did include an electric kettle and keurig coffeemaker which were nice and I do not believe were mentioned in listing. Overall fine as a place to stay if you will be out and about during the day.
