I misunderstood the descriptions of a mid-town location thinking that it was located in the downtown area of Anchorage. It was not. Still convenient for getting around by car.Unit was clean and comfortable. A little worn. Kitchen was functional saving from eating out breakfasts and lunches. Bed was comfortable. Shower had good water pressure. Overall a quiet and comfortable place to stay.

The apartment was spacious and very clean. The parking was well organized. The bed and pillows were especially comfortable! The water in the shower went from scalding to freezing quickly - hard to find a comfortable warm. I prefer hard floors to carpet. Overall, a very good stay in Anchorage. I would book again. Thanks for the accommodations!

I’m guessing this is a new short-term rental. Freshly painted but the carpet is old (no pad left) and it smells of old cigarette smoke. There wasn’t any soap for the shower.

Great location

We had a great overnight at this property. The location was excellent for eating out and getting to the airport. Very clean, good amenities, host was amazing and set up the sofa bed 😊. Thank you, would stay again.

Great location to explore all of Anchorage

The apartment was very clean and well kept in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Very easy to get to downtown, airport or eating establishments. Definitely would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed the weekend her and it is a perfect location and size for a couple. Host was great at communicating and everything was as listed on the website! Would definitely stay again!

Hello! I'm Johanna and I was born and raised in Alaska. My husband Don, my daughter Aily and I love living here. We are very outdoorsy and spend our summers hiking, fishing, camping, clam digging, octopus hunting, and flying around in our Super Cub. In the winters I hibernate. ;)

I am a woman who wears many hats. First and foremost I'm a wife and mother. I am also a professional shopper for a couple of remote Alaskan lodges and I'm an entrepreneur on top of it all.

My husband Don is a commercial property manager and is one of the owners of the 11 plex where the apartment is located. He is an avid hunter and fisherman, filling our freezer for the winter with free roaming game and fish! He loves to fly, play hockey and climb mountains.

My daughter Aily is finishing 1st grade and is excited to be seven years old! She loves our outdoor life and playing soccer.
