Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Clean all dishes, make sure dishwasher is empty, Place all trash in supplied trash barrel outside and leave in front hall.
Strip bed sheets and place used towels in laundry room
Make sure all games and toys are put away, tvs are off, remotes are in correct room location, ACs are off, heat is off in summer and on 60 in the winter
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
