Mountainside Happy Place-4 season home in Waterville Estates

Our multi-level home is nestled in the woods of the White Mountains of New Hampshire. This comfortable 3-bedroom home with a spacious deck and fire pit offers plenty of privacy yet located close to Waterville Valley Resort, Loon Mountain, a lazy day float trip on the Pemigewasset River, shopping in Lincoln, Plymouth State University, major hiking trails, and our own Waterville Estates Community Center with amazing amenities (pool, hot tub, gym, etc.). You are also a short drive to the venue for the White Mountain Boogie N' Blues Festival! If you are attending a wedding at Owl's Nest Resort you are only minutes away! This is the perfect getaway location to relax and enjoy the beauty of the White Mountains in all four seasons.
The space
Main Level-open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen that has essential cookware and appliances, dining area with expandable table to seat 8-10 guests with sliders leading to the deck and gas grill. Living room provides comfortable seating and large Smart TV. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and Smart TV and a full bathroom on the main level.
Upper level- there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom – a spacious master with king-size bed and Smart TV and a loft bedroom with a queen bed.
Lower level provides open “hangout” space: table/seating for game night and living room seating with Smart TV. Also, there are two twin over twin bunk beds (four beds). A washer and dryer is located on the lower level.
The home is equipped with the internet provider's highest speed along with complete home WIFI coverage.
Enjoy the outside surrounds – have morning coffee on the deck, relax on the front porch or gather around the fire pit.
There is ample parking for multiple vehicles.
The property has three exterior security cameras, one facing the driveway, one under the rear deck and one on the north side of the house.
The rental includes 2 guest passes to the community center with indoor and outdoor pools and 2 outdoor hot tubs(June-September), a gym, courts for tennis, basketball, pickleball and volleyball, a lounge, updated locker rooms and a sandy spring-water beach with a gazebo/picnic area. Additional guest passes are available for purchase at the front desk of the community center. For guest pass information please call 603-726-3082.
Campton Mountain Ski area is located within Waterville Estates for skiing/snowboarding with a great lounge to enjoy Apres-ski.

It is a great property for a family stay. Very comfortable, clean, in an attractive neighborhood. Definitely gives off a mountain vibe. The downstairs has a wonderful space for kids to play away from the adults if needed.

The cabin had everything you may need - fans, heaters, paper products, even an Alexa, and stocked with everything you would need for cooking in the kitchen. It was in a safe and beautiful area.The cabin was very clean and the beds were comfortable.Also, the shower had a lot of hot water. We used the fire pit to make s’mores. Which was fun for the kids.. There is a nearby store for any grocery needs . Another plus was the nearby community center where you could go swimming in either their indoor or outdoor pool. My kids loved fishing in the pond at the community center. Loved our stay!

Great house. Met all our needs.

This house was big enough for all of us, was stocked with everything you need. You don’t need to bring anything but your clothes. We’re a family of 4 adults and 5 kids. Everyone had their own space. Community center is 5 mins away by car. Kids loved the pool. Basement area was great for the kids. Fire pit was a hit! Thank you for allowing us in your home.

Wonderful Weekend

This was the perfect location for a long weekend getaway for 5 adults and 5 kids. The kids loved having their own space down in the basement and there was plenty of space for the grownups as well. We had a fabulous time!

Thornton Retreat

The property was very peaceful, and a wonderful place for the kids to play. That includes the bean bag toss, games including puzzles, the “ring” game, and they really enjoyed the downstairs level.The house itself is very cozy and clean, we appreciated the deck and outside areas as well.We all had a great time at the Waterville Community Center too. Thank you! Highly recommend!

Nice weekend getaway

We went up for a winter fun/ski weekend. The property had everything we needed. It was about 20 minutes from everything we were doing (skiing, ice castles, tubing) which was fine for us. We didn’t end up using the pool/hot tub close by but it was nice to have the option. The downstairs was great for all the kids. They loved having their own space. The house is well kept and it was nice that linens were provided. The owners were very thorough with their communication. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy and clean

My family of 10 stayed here during Christmas time. In our group were 4 adults, teens and young kids. There is something for everyone! The kids loved downstairs for playing games and the adults were able to enjoy upstairs. The community center has a pool, it’s not that warm but the kids had fun. There is also a jacuzzi and a small arcade room. Waterville resort is very close by. You can ski, snowboard, go tubing, and more. Great location! Very clean and cozy! 10/10

We stay at this amazing house for 4 days. House was spotless and very cozy. Grandchildren loved the bunk beds. The high light of our stay was seeing the black bear not far from the house.

One of the best cabin we have stay for the last couple of years

Family Trip

The house is as advertised. Plenty of room for a family getaway. It's a very peaceful location. Chris the homeowner was very accessible and easy to deal with. His house has pretty much everything you would need. I would definitely rent again and recommend to rent if visiting Waterville valley area.

Ski getaway

Our family stayed here to ski at Waterville Valley which is 20 minutes away. The house was cozy and warm. We cooked in and had everything we needed. It was very peaceful, surrounded by woods. We will be back!

Great Mountain Getaway

The house was so comfortable and cozy yet spacious for our two families. The basement was the perfect hang-out and sleeping space for the kids. The property is well-maintained and had everything we needed. And, the location could not be more convenient for skiing and other outdoor winter activities.

Perfect location, great home!

Thornton Stay

My friends and I booked this location for a weekend ski trip at Loon Mountain. Their home was beautiful with the perfect amount of space to share. The host was very responsive and check in/out instructions were very clear. We will definitely be returning for future trips!

Great mountain getaway!

We have stayed in several rentals over the years and this home is easily one of the best! Extremely clean rental from top to bottom. The updates are really nice, the kitchen has everything you need, the owners are great to work with and easy to reach. The kids loved the basement space and the main level had plenty of space for all of us. The overall condition of this home is excellent! I'd give it 6-stars if I could, we'll be back!

Awesome place for families

Chris and Mary are so easy to work with. And once we checked in, it was evident that they took care of this place with love. Nice little touches throughout the house: extra coffee, well-stocked kids bowls and utensils. Easy access to loon and Waterville valley. We will be back.
