Mountainside Happy Place-4 season home in Waterville Estates

Our multi-level home is nestled in the woods of the White Mountains of New Hampshire. This comfortable 3-bedroom home with a spacious deck and fire pit offers plenty of privacy yet located close to Waterville Valley Resort, Loon Mountain, a lazy day float trip on the Pemigewasset River, shopping in Lincoln, Plymouth State University, major hiking trails, and our own Waterville Estates Community Center with amazing amenities (pool, hot tub, gym, etc.). You are also a short drive to the venue for the White Mountain Boogie N' Blues Festival! If you are attending a wedding at Owl's Nest Resort you are only minutes away! This is the perfect getaway location to relax and enjoy the beauty of the White Mountains in all four seasons.
The space
Main Level-open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen that has essential cookware and appliances, dining area with expandable table to seat 8-10 guests with sliders leading to the deck and gas grill. Living room provides comfortable seating and large Smart TV. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and Smart TV and a full bathroom on the main level.
Upper level- there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom – a spacious master with king-size bed and Smart TV and a loft bedroom with a queen bed.
Lower level provides open “hangout” space: table/seating for game night and living room seating with Smart TV. Also, there are two twin over twin bunk beds (four beds). A washer and dryer is located on the lower level.
The home is equipped with the internet provider's highest speed along with complete home WIFI coverage.
Enjoy the outside surrounds – have morning coffee on the deck, relax on the front porch or gather around the fire pit.
There is ample parking for multiple vehicles.
The property has three exterior security cameras, one facing the driveway, one under the rear deck and one on the north side of the house.
The rental includes 2 guest passes to the community center with indoor and outdoor pools and 2 outdoor hot tubs(June-September), a gym, courts for tennis, basketball, pickleball and volleyball, a lounge, updated locker rooms and a sandy spring-water beach with a gazebo/picnic area. Additional guest passes are available for purchase at the front desk of the community center. For guest pass information please call 603-726-3082.
Campton Mountain Ski area is located within Waterville Estates for skiing/snowboarding with a great lounge to enjoy Apres-ski.

Our family went away for the week for NYE and stayed at this home in Waterville estates. It was such a cozy home in a great location. The host was very quick with getting back to me with my questions that I had. There was space in the lower level that our kids enjoyed and the main level was great for our family time. We would definitely stay here again!

It is a great property for a family stay. Very comfortable, clean, in an attractive neighborhood. Definitely gives off a mountain vibe. The downstairs has a wonderful space for kids to play away from the adults if needed.

Wonderful Weekend

This was the perfect location for a long weekend getaway for 5 adults and 5 kids. The kids loved having their own space down in the basement and there was plenty of space for the grownups as well. We had a fabulous time!

Great Place!

Everything was as described - clean, easy to get to, plenty of space for the 9 of us. The location was great and only 15 minutes to Waterville Valley. Will be visiting it again for sure!

One of the best cabin we have stay for the last couple of years

He had a great time. The cabin is very clean and comfortable, our guests enjoyed it very much We had the best time, the host was easy to communicate with. The area has everything you need pool, rivers, mountains to explore, close to most attractions in the white mountains

Perfect location, great home!

My family recently stayed at this wonderful home for our ski trip to Waterville. The check in process was seamless, the host was easy to communicate with and the house was very clean. The proximity to the mountain was perfect. I would highly recommend this property!

Great house. Met all our needs.

This house was big enough for all of us, was stocked with everything you need. You don’t need to bring anything but your clothes. We’re a family of 4 adults and 5 kids. Everyone had their own space. Community center is 5 mins away by car. Kids loved the pool. Basement area was great for the kids. Fire pit was a hit! Thank you for allowing us in your home.
