The Space:

Cozy Lookout is a spacious corner unit flooded with natural light and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding trees, mountains, and golf course. Our newly renovated two-level townhouse provides an ideal retreat for relaxation and quality time with friends and family. Experience the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility in this picturesque setting.



Step inside to discover a spacious open-concept living area, perfect for gathering with friends and family. Our fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials needed to prepare a meal. The dining area features a large table that comfortably accommodates everyone with lots of natural light and views of the Monterra golf course. Wind down in the cozy living room, complete with a gas fireplace and a large 65" Smart TV. You'll find blankets, books, and board games for the whole family to enjoy. If you need to work from home, there is reliable high-speed Wi-Fi and a desk for your convenience.



Head upstairs to discover the master bedroom sanctuary, featuring a king-sized bed, TV, two large closets, and a dresser. There is a cozy twin-sized daybed, as well as a queen-sized air mattress with a pump for additional sleeping arrangements. The spacious upstairs bathroom, accessible from both the master bedroom and the hallway, includes a large bathtub and a separate stand-up shower. Additionally, the guest bedroom upstairs is equipped with two twin beds and offers a window with a view of the Blue Mountain slopes as well. The main-level guest bedroom is located off the living room, next to the main floor bathroom. It features a comfortable queen bed, a closet, and a view of the hillside. The main floor bathroom, conveniently located near both the guest bedroom and the living room, includes a tub/shower combination.



Take in the breathtaking mountain views from the living room or unwind on the peaceful quiet back patio, where you overlook the Monterra golf course. The patio features a table with 4 chairs and a propane barbecue for grilling.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the full condo with the exception of a locked owners closet.



There is a ski locker located outside the unit to store skis and snowboards during your stay. Please don't bring any equipment into the unit.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the Historic Snowbridge community surrounded by walking trails, the Monterra Golf Course and stunning homes. There is an Outdoor Seasonal Pool you can use in the summer which is within a 2 minute walk from the condo.

Getting Around:

Free parking spaces are limited to two vehicle per unit. Once you are here you can walk to a variety of spots in the Blue Mountain Village.



Blue Mountain Village is accessible by a free shuttle service, walking / biking or driving. Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury are both within a 10-15 minute drive.



Other Things to Note:

The seasonal outdoor pool is public spaces and shared with other guests staying at the resort.
