The Sierra Lane community has an outdoor swimming pool open in the summer months that guests can use during their stay.



The Space:

Welcome to Sierra Lookout, a bright and spacious 1,700 sq. ft. condo with 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 2.5 bathrooms perfect for families and groups. Enjoy stunning views of Blue Mountain and Monterra Golf Course right from your windows.



The open-concept main floor is designed for gathering and entertaining. Enjoy meals or game nights around the large dining table, or pull up a seat at the breakfast bar while chatting with the cook in the fully equipped kitchen. After a day of exploring, unwind in the cozy family room, complete with a gas fireplace and mountain views.



Traveling with kids? We’ve got you covered with a playpen, high chair, and child-friendly dishes. The main floor also has a fun bunk room (twin over twin plus an extra twin) and a convenient half bath. Upstairs, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms with queen beds. The master includes a private ensuite, and there’s an additional full bathroom with a tub.



In summer, cool off in the outdoor swimming pool just steps from the condo.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the full condo with the exception of a locked owners closet.



There is a ski locker located outside the unit to store skis and snowboards during your stay. Please don't bring any equipment into the unit.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the Sierra Lane Community and adjacent to Blue Mountain Village. The unit is surrounded by walking trails, and the Monterra Golf Course. There is an outdoor seasonal pool you can use in the summer located directly behind the unit.



Getting Around:

There is one designated parking spot for the unit and there is visitor parking for an additional car at a first come, first serve basis.



The Village at Blue Mountain is a 5 minute walk or 1 minute drive. Also, within a 10-15 minute drive to surrounding Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury.



Other Things to Note:

The seasonal outdoor pool is public spaces and shared with other guests staying at the resort.

Sierra Lane Community is undergoing renovations to the exterior of each building. Residents may experience construction noise in the community on weekdays. Please note that construction work for the exterior of the building housing unit 217 will take place in the Summer/Fall of 2025 (tentative dates: July to September). Scaffolding may be set up on the decks outside, making them unusable during this period.
