Este es un dúplex de 2 br., Un lado tiene un ocupante de tiempo completo, el lado disponible es para un mínimo de 2 noches o una estadía prolongada en el área. Fue completamente renovado techo a piso hace 3 años. Incluye gran cocina totalmente equipada con puerta a la terraza privada del segundo piso con una parrilla y vista de parterres. Great little place!

This was the perfectly sized place for my wife and I! It's in a cozy neighborhood and has all the essentials you need for a fun and comfortable stay. The host was very communicative and helpful, definitely recommend!

Comfortable House

The house was very comfortable and clean. The owner provided everything we needed, including coffee pods, snacks and water. If we are ever in the area again, we would stay at this house.

Great place

Someone put a lot of effort into making this rental very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you would need. Tasteful decor throughout home. I will be returning.

Cute place

I was in town for a video shoot and I needed a garage so I didn't have to unload everything from my truck every day. The garage was small but it worked out great. Especially since we had access to the inside of the house via the garage. We felt light the gear was very safe.

Exactly what we needed

I was attending a local family event and needed an off-site place to stay. So much better than a hotel room! This had all the amenities of home and was exactly as advertised. The property manager was super responsive. Very pleased.

The house is quite nice. Very comfortable bed. The bathroom and kitchen renovations are lovely. It was great having the availability of the grill. The kitchen is well-equipped too.

Pros: many amenities, owner provides everything you expect in a hotel plus more. Garage, washer/dryer, etc. air conditioning and furnace both work great Steps from garage to kitchen, more steps to second floor and only bathroom is on 2nd floor. This is to be considered if steps are difficult to maneuver. You can park on street to avoid steps from garage. Residents in adjoining duplex are very quiet I did worry more about the noise we made up and down very squeaky stairs. Hopefully we did not bother them. Over all, very nice stay. Would stay again if it didn’t have stairs.

Great stay

The property appeared just as the pictures. Almost everything needed was there. Great supply of cooking needs and dishes. Only one drawback and this was due to my not thinking of it, you do need to bring your own dish towels, dish wash cloths and plastic wrap. There is a great dishwasher there, however, I needed a cloth for splashes and crumbs. Short distance to the Greensburg Palace Theatre. We would definitely stay here again.

Bridal Shower Weekend

Great rental for a short trip ! The neighborhood was quiet, conveniently located near a grocery store, restaurants, gas station etc. The unit was clean and had everything we needed, we would definitely stay here again!!

Great Little House for Weekend Getaway!

This was a great little house for our long holiday weekend visiting family in the Youngwood/Mt. Pleasant, PA area. Close to the turnpike and to everywhere we needed to go. House was clean, very nicely decorated and had everything we needed for the weekend. We especially enjoyed the beautiful, well-stocked kitchen! Everything was great!!

This property fit all my needs while I was there, which was for a little over a month. The kitchen had more than what I expected. Everything was so comfy & cozy. A very quiet area to stay and close to so much. On my next visit, I will definitely look to see if this property is available.

Nice rental; very responsive manager

We were in town with our daughter and son-in-law for a family wedding. This was so much more enjoyable than a hotel would have been. Loved the back porch. Enjoyed good chats in the kitchen and living room. Very comfortable and pleasant. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom.

Great for 2 couples

Thanks Donna for providing a very nice property for our trip to our friend’s wedding. The living space had plenty of sitting and fully loaded cable TV. The kitchen was outstanding with most items, plus some, available. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. There was a good amount of noise Saturday am from the neighbors using a chainsaw across the street but I can’t see that occurring very often. Overall everybody in our group was happy with your place! Donna does a wonderful job communicating before we arrived and I’m sure she would have been reachable during our stay but we didn’t have any concerns while we were there. :-). Thank you for a wonderful weekend!!

A perfect place for 2 couples!

The home was very clean and inviting. We were given an early check in without even requesting one 😊 Our host, Donna, gave us wonderful recommendations for dining out. We enjoyed playing cards in the evening and watching Sunday night football. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!!

Beautiful place in just the right spot for us

The property was perfectly clean and beautifully decorated, even better than most hotels I stay at for business travel. Check-in/out was convenient with a smart lock on the door. While it wasn't perfect for our particular circumstances (a 1.5yr old and a 4.5yr old don't do well on bar-height stools at the kitchen table), it was easy to make everything work and there was even a baby gate provided in the basement. We brought some cabinet baby locks to keep inquisitive hands out of the under-sink cleaning supplies. Speaking of supplies, everything you could possibly need was provided, from pots/pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, and even condiments and snacks! We chose this location because it split the distant between Idlewild/Soakzone and Pittsburgh for us and made our daily vacation drive just long enough to put the kids to sleep each afternoon on the way home. We would definitely stay there again if we're ever looking for a place in the area!
