Welcome to this charming studio in East Falmouth. Available short term and Inquire about longer stays! First time offered for rent, this superb property offers a cozy bedroom and a large bathroom with oversize walk in tiled rain shower for guests to relax in. The Main room boasts a cathedral ceiling with many windows to let the natural light shine in. Living room offers a pullout sofa for extra bedding for family or friends. With a cool vibe and wonderful ambiance, this studio is the perfect retreat for your vacation. A great place to call homebase while you're away. Or a perfect place for an executive stay and work from home. Located at the end of a quiet street. Bring your kayak, 5 minute walk to Jenkins Pond and enjoy a paddle, fishing or swimming. A beach buggy is available for easy towing of our beach chairs, umbrella & beach towels & a cooler. Or relax on our quaint quiet patio and listen to the birds and sounds of the nearby pond. Perfect for reading a book or remote work. Or have a BBQ on our grill. There also is a wonderful outside shower (seasonally), a must in New England in the summer! Less than 4 miles to the Island Queen seasonal passenger ferry to Martha's Vineyard. 10 minute drive to downtown Falmouth. 10-15 minute drive to Falmouth area beaches. Studio is attached to a main house, however, has completely different entrances and no shared space or parking. Please inquire about discounts for longer stays over 28 days!! A great way to enjoy the Cape in the off season as well!

This was a thoroughly wonderful experience!!.The property offers a uniquely private outdoor space in a wooded, bird filled atmosphere. The inside is stocked with everything needed for a great stay and is very attractive and comfortable.This may sound like a minor detail but it has the best shower I haver ever experienced. Everything was excellent!My only hesitation about being overly positive is that it may lessen the likelihood that it will be available next time I want it!! Haha!

Wonderful oasis, inside and out

This was a perfectly relaxing fully equipped Falmouth oasis for a couple, and the extra bed was perfect for when our adult son decided to join us for part of the stay. Meticulously prepared and very comfortable, just perfect.

Just as described, the location of the property is surrounded by nature and lush with plants and animals. Lots of beautiful birds such as cardinals and blue jays. Perfect amount of space for 2 people. One of the best parts of the stay was the large walk in shower, and the robes provided were a perfect touch. Overall a very cozy and secluded getaway perfect for a long weekend.

Wonderful getaway for the weekend. Well staffed kitchen. All appliances working well. Pet friendly and a nice private backyard. Close to beaches. Trolly for beach stuff packed with chairs, cooling box and umbrellas. Nice touch. AAA

Highly Recommend!!

We had the best stay over the 4th of July weekend. The space was perfect for a getaway with our dog - who loved exploring the outdoors! We used the grill every night and ate outside. All the cooking supplies we needed were provided. We brought our kayak and paddle board which were great to use on the nearby pond. The provided beach supplies were so nice for our beach day! And the outdoor shower was great for rinsing off everything - including our dog :) and finally the indoor shower was incredible! Highly recommend - we’re already discussing when we can book a return stay!
