El Northwoods Chalet consta de dos niveles bellamente terminados. Great place to stay for our weekend ski trip!

Loved it! Super close to the Dells and Cascade Mountain. We had 4 adults and a dog in our group and everyone was comfortable and had a great time. The Chalet would be fun in the summer too, we would definitely book a stay again.

Great place to stay

My wife and I took our son, daughter-in-law, and two granddaughters. The place was great for all of us. plenty of space for us all. the pools were great. the food outstanding, staff were very friendly. Close to the Dells and all of the attractions.

Great stay, close to activities

Great location, house was cozy and clean. Furniture and beds can be updated. Very uncomfortable master bed.

Girls trip

The house was nice and roomie. We had a nice time. Could use some updates and the furniture is held together by duct tape but overall it is comfortable still.

Awesome location

This was a perfect place for us to stay. It was a short visit but it fit our needs perfectly. The property was clean and the neighborhood was nice. The location is just a few minutes drive from the Dells. Our only negative was the beds. As others here have mentioned, they were very hard and uncomfortable. Even so, if I ever needed a place to stay again in the Dells, I would definitely consider coming back.

Fun for Family and Friends!

We were at Springbrook for a weekend retirement party. The house is a GREAT gathering space for family and friends. The wrap around deck is perfect for company. The backyard fire pit was awesome! The kitchen is well-equipped with cookware and serving dishes, too. Our only issue was the firm (hard) mattresses. If you like a softer sleep, you might wanna bring a roll out for the top. We will definitely be back!

Nice place and location but some updating on furniture and beds needed.

The property and location are nice but from the sofa having duct tape on ,to the worse king bed mattress I’ve tried to sleep on it took away from a great time. Once this is done the ratings will be 5 star. Oh the pull out bed where the grandkids were going to sleep was so bad they chose the floor. Again a little $ invested and boom! 5 stars

Great place to stay but could use some new things

Its a great place to stay the house was great. I will say the beds are very uncomfortable as they were last year when we stayed there. Also not have full use of the thermostat while staying there in the colder months isn't ideal. I will say about the resort itself there isn't the tons of hiking trails like the place advertises and the gym isn't as loaded with equipment as the website says, i mean they have one set of dumbells when they advertise a whole rack of them. Otherwise its a good place to stay but we may stay somewhere else next year

Great location needs some maintenance

House location and resort was awesome. Problem we had were ALL-air registers were covered in dirt. Have not been cleaned for very long time. Can’t imagine what the filter looks like in heating/cooling unit. Have picture if you want one. Beds are very old and uncomfortable. Needs some maintenance and updates. Overall vacation was great.

Family Vacation

The property was clean and the location was great! It was a short walk to the pool and the Bar & Grill. Our Lab enjoyed jumping in the lake a few blocks from the property and going for walks on the trail. The king bed in the master bedroom was rock hard and was by far the most uncomfortable bed we have slept on. There was no TV remote for the master bedroom TV. Overall this was good property.

It was a great property and an amazing time staying there. House was great, few things, needs new beds, not very comfortable, ducktape on the couches, and i couldn't adjust the heat after 10pm which really kinda irritated me, not right considering im paying for the place

Great stay for families

We traveled with our 3 children & dog. It was a great spot for us and is close to down town. Overall great space and worth the price. The master bed did get a bit uncomfortable after a couple of nights, as others had stated, but we expected that based off other reviews. Couches, tables, etc. we’re a bit worn and well lived in, but that’s just fine when traveling with children/pets. I would recommend this location.

Real nice with lots of room

We needed a large kitchen to finish and decorate a wedding cake plus host a brunch the next day. The only small detail was to shuttle the guests one block. Will be back for another stay

Great place, glad I read previous comments and brought our camping chairs as well as knew to adjust the thermostat before going to bed. The only negative are the beds. It was sleeping on a cement block.

Spring Brook Is Great - Property is Okay

Spring Brook is in a great location - close to many things. The indoor and outdoor pools are perfect for kids. Everyone we worked with at Spring Brook was extremely nice. The food from the Bar/Grill was good too. This property however, is just okay. Good for a family with kids and pets because it's a bit well worn. Couches torn, grill needs a good cleaning, deck and picnic table needs to be washed/treated, etc. Bring your own hair dryer, beach towels, picnic table cover and chairs for on the deck (they have folding chairs only). Also they started mowing the lawn at 7:45 am so that was a bit odd. Overall, I would say this is a good property.

Lovely family Vacation spot

We really enjoyed the location of the home. It was a great place to stay. However, each night when we would go to bed our baby would wake up pouring sweat as well as everyone else in the house because someone (the owners from their phone or a timer) would turn the air back up to 80 throughout the night. We tried to always wake in the middle of the night and go fix it but if I am paying that much to stay somewhere I want to be comfortable. We called maintenance a couple times but nothing was fixed. Also I would probably work on updating the decor and the duck taped couch, one last recommendation would be to have nice seating around the fire pit and on the deck like the other places because there are literally only fold out chairs. None of this (other than the air) affected out stay but I would definitely take some of it into consideration. P.s. please leave the air alone when you have guest.

Highly Recommend

Everything was ready upon arrival. The house was clean and the instructions were clear and simple, which made it easy to slip into "vacation mode". The house is close to the resort, but still had some privacy. We had a group of 5 people and everyone had a great time and was happy with the accommodations.

Family/Dog Weekend Escape

Our family of four and a golden retriever had a wonderful time at this house. We first went to Springbrook with our camper a long time ago and have stayed in another property before and go to the bar and grill often when in the area. Highly recommended this house and I cannot thank you enough for making this accessible to dog family members. He enjoyed the deck with us on a warm Saturday and lots of walks. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!
