We're both originally from sunny California, but have raised our family in middle Tennessee since 2000, and now enjoy being young grandparents, and active real-estate investors, as well as hosts of a collection of beautiful and unique properties.
We especially enjoy this location due to the vibrant historic downtown, and close access to the river, kayaking, and hiking. We hope that everyone that enters our home, experiences everything that we've enjoyed, from the thoughtful design elements, to life's most memorable moments, and comfort at every turn.

The Main Street shops , businesses and restaurants have meticulously maintained their historic character, while somehow reviving it to an upbeat and lively destination to work, shop, and dine.
