Phoenix East 911 - Beautiful Gulf Front Unit

This is a three bedroom, two bathroom condo unit that has light floor tiles and walls. All the bedrooms have light beige carpets and white walls. The hallway bathroom has the standard features. Bedroom one has a king-size bed that has a light wood headboard, a pair of double-drawer nightstands, an eight-drawer dresser, and a red armchair. A light color rattan shelf and cabinet unit holds a television and DVD player. The attached bathroom has the usual amenities. In the second bedroom are two double-size beds that have light tan wood headboards, a two-drawer nightstand, and five-drawer dresser, with a short wood bookcase that serves as a stand for a television that has built-in DVD and VCR players. The third bedroom has two twin-size beds with white wood and woven wicker headboards, a matching two-drawer nightstand, a three-drawer dresser, and a white wood and rattan side table. The kitchen has all of the standard major appliances that you would expect to find. In front of the breakfast dining bar are two dark brown woven wicker stools with backs. A glass-topped dining table and its matching six chairs are made of dark wood. The chairs have white seat cushions. Among the furnishings in the living area are a vibrantly colorful sofa and love seat that have a foliage fabric pattern, two dark brown rattan and woven wicker end tables and a coffee table, a pale color armchair, a tall, dark wood storage rack with a cabinet and shelves for a television, combination DVD/VCR player, and a stereo system. There is also a dark wood side table with drawers, a cabinet, and a wine storage rack.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
