Lakefront Private Basement Suite in Charlotte with Spectacular Sunset Waterfront
Waterfront Property. Enjoy easy access to Charlotte, but feel like you are far from the chaos of the city in this centrally located haven. There is a hot tub with lakefront views for use by our guests. The house is Waterfront and has 5 adult kayaks, 4 kid size kayaks, 2 paddle boards, and life jackets of various sizes for use as well. You can also swim and fish off the dock. Please check NC fishing laws. There is a marina located directly across the lake from the house that you can rent a pontoon boat from. There is outdoor patio, perfect for watching sunsets and roasting smore's.
