~the home is conveniently located close to Charlotte airport (12 minutes) Charlotte city (20 minutes) and Belmont downtown (11 minutes) US National White water center (18 minutes) with easy access to I-85 and I-485. The cottage is ideal for up to 8 guests .

~No parties of any sort are allowed on the property please. Maximum number of allowed guests are 8 at all times.
~Loud music (including from parked cars) are not allowed because the house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Thank you for understanding.
