Downtown Lake City chalet entiÚrement rénové avec la façade du lac Missaukee!

Vous ne trouverez pas de meilleur emplacement si vous voulez ĂȘtre dans le mĂ©lange de tout! Le chalet rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© de 4 chambres, 1-1 / 2 salles de bain est en plein centre-ville de Lake City et se trouve Ă  proximitĂ© ... restaurants, plages, glaces, parcs, magasins et plus! Le lac Missaukee est un lac clair, peu profond et sableux, avec plus de 1 800 acres d’activitĂ©s sportives. Nous avons un tout nouveau quai de 60 ', ainsi qu'un ponton Crest 2017 disponibles Ă  la location moyennant un coĂ»t supplĂ©mentaire! Notre plage est idĂ©ale pour les enfants qui veulent nager ... avec un fond de sable fin et une profondeur de 2 Ă  3 pieds Ă  plus de 100 'du rivage. Le lac possĂšde Ă©galement une excellente pĂȘche en toute saison, un grand banc de sable sur lequel flĂąner, des parcs, un camping de comtĂ© et plusieurs plages Ă  explorer.

La propriĂ©tĂ© dispose de quatre chambres et peut accueillir jusqu'Ă  9 personnes. Il dispose de lits queen-size dans deux chambres, d'un lit superposĂ© (un lit superposĂ© complet) dans la chambre de l'Ă©tage principal et de deux lits simples dans l'autre chambre avec lits superposĂ©s. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec tous les ustensiles, casseroles et poĂȘles pour vous faire sentir comme Ă  la maison. La buanderie du rez-de-chaussĂ©e a une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse efficaces Ă  chargement frontal et le garage attenant est converti en une salle de jeux pour les enfants. Nous avons cĂąble Spectrum avec les tĂ©lĂ©viseurs dans deux chambres et le salon. Nous avons Ă©galement un accĂšs Internet haut dĂ©bit avec WiFi dans toute la maison.

Les autres Ă©quipements inclus incluent un nouveau gril Ă  gaz Weber, une grande surface flottante en mousse de 15 'x 6', un foyer, deux vĂ©los pour adultes et trois kayaks. Si vous ĂȘtes prĂȘt pour la crĂšme glacĂ©e aprĂšs une journĂ©e de plaisir au soleil, le magasin de crĂšme glacĂ©e local se trouve Ă  un pĂątĂ© de maisons et possĂšde d'Ă©normes cĂŽnes! Si vous voulez faire du shopping, il y a beaucoup de petites boutiques Ă  Lake City, ainsi que dans les environs. Cadillac est Ă  15 minutes et offre plus de magasins, restaurants, station de ski de Caberfae et activitĂ©s nautiques. Ou faites un court voyage en voiture Ă  Traverse City (moins d'une heure) pour explorer la vieille pĂ©ninsule de Mission, ses paysages magnifiques, ses plages et ses dĂ©gustations de vin!

Lake Cottage

The cottage was in a great location, walking distance to Tasty Treat and anything we needed in downtown Lake City. We loved that it had a great view of the lake and easy access. We found it easy to park, convenient for laundry, and the beds were comfortable. The home is decorated very nicely and was a joy to stay in.

Best location in all of Lake City! Clean, modern, and all the includds all the "toys" you could want. Wonderful property, and I am only regretful that I do not own it.

House and property are nicely updated and very clean. Access to water front and pontoon boat (seperate of VRBO) was great. Would stay again, would recommend to friends.

The home was well maintained. Unfortunately there is a house right next to the rental so your water view and opportunity to be right in the lake are poor. Based on the listing we were under the impression the home was on the water. There is water access but the house does not sit right on the lake as the photos show. There is no air conditioner which is fine, however when we opened all the windows almost every screen had holes in it and let in a ton of bugs in. The main house has a bedroom upstairs with a half bath but the listing does not say this is loft style with no door. There was a lack of privacy due to this. We also rented their boat and the day before we were to arrive they contacted us to inform us the cover/shade on the boat was ripped and not on the boat. We specifically need shade due to our elderly parents and our son. The owners did not offer to refund any money and we never even used the boat. For the price we paid for the house and boat I would have expected better. Overall this stay was not worth the price.

Labor Day Weekend 2023

This cottage had everything our group needed. It’s beautifully renovated and decorated for the perfect lake life vibes. The beds were comfy with nice quality linens. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed and more! The outside patio and fire pit area are so relaxing for morning coffee, afternoon sun and again in the evening for a nice fire. We brought our pontoon and enjoyed some time on the lake. We weren’t aware of how shallow the water would be at the dock but it all worked out. The neighbor greeted us on arrival. He was super helpful and let us use his mooring buoy, as well as jumped in the water to assist! The location was also perfect. We walked to the local pubs, stores and ice cream shop. The owners provided very detailed check in and check out information and provided their contact info if we were to need anything. Our group loved this trip and has already asked me to book this property again!!

Beautiful home

This place had every attention to detail covered. Beautifully decorated and in a great location. Usually we stay further away from downtown areas, so this was the first time this close to the downtown. Lake City is very nice and the home made it even nicer. Thank you!

weekend getaway

We had a nice weekend getaway to this lovely rental in Lake City. The owner allowed an early check in/out. Although we hardly used them, it was nice knowing there were 2 bikes and kayaks available.

2nd Stay

We love this property! This was our second time staying here and it did not disappoint. This summer was even better because we could eat at the local restaurants and go in some shops! We rented the pontoon again and were so glad we did. It really makes the week. The lake is huge, lots of areas to anchor and swim. Loved using the fishing pier to fish all night. A quick walk to the ice cream shop. The home is big enough for all our family and kids aged 3 months - 9 had tons to do! Enjoyed the kayaks and dart boards. Super easy communicating with the owners as well! Loved the fire pit. No issues. May be back next summer!

Beautiful, amazing & excellent!

Julie is wonderful and easy to work with. The house is beautiful and steps away from the lake.. we rented the pontoon and it made our trip more amazing. This was the perfect long weekend getaway for some over worked nurses who had a rough year. This was the R&R we were dreaming of and received. We highly recommend this gorgeous property.

Great spot for our family getaway!

We had a great stay at this beautiful cottage! My kids enjoyed sledding at the nearby snow hills and my husband enjoyed ice fishing while us moms relaxed! Everything was clean and worked very well! We would definitely stay again!

Summer week at Lake City

We had family stay at this property for one week this summer. We had all ages. The fishing pier is right across the street which the children loved! The cottage is completely updated. Everything you could possibly want was provided. The beds were very comfortable too! We went to two nearby beaches, which were delightful, as this property was not directly on a beach. The owner was very responsive. We made a lot of memories. Thank you!

Relaxing and Fun for All Ages

We had a wonderful time at this property. Came with family ranging from 18 months - 59! Something to do for everyone. This house is the SECOND home from the water. That was our only disappointment because it was not made clear in the listing. But once at the home, the front faces the road and culdesac that overlooks the lake! No obstructed views!!! Definitely rent the pontoon. Loved the foam pad. Loved the inside set up especially bunk area for kids! No central air, makes upstairs hot during the day but cools off nice at night for sleeping. No real complaints! Will consider for next summer! Owners super nice and quick to respond!
