* Large Smart TV in Living Room with Direct TV and Apps for streaming channels (eg. AppleTV, Prime, Netflix, etc.). Our Direct TV account has access to both the entertainment and sports packages. Sign in to other apps using your own accounts for easy access to your favorite shows.

* El Paseo is in walking distance - great for high-street shopping, browsing art galleries and boutiques, and people-watching in general - and enjoying a wide range of dining options at its many wonderful restaurants.
* Palm Springs, La Quinta, Rancho Mirage, Cathedral City and other desert communities are only a short drive away.
* Fast EV charging is convenient and close by - the closest fast (350) charging stations are located in the Target parking lot off Hwy 111 to the west and the next closest (also up to 350) is next to the In-n-Out/CVS/Starbucks at Hwy 111 and Bob Hope Dr.
* And in the "good to know" category, Amazon deliveries are best scheduled for pickup at Whole Foods - a very short drive away, off Hwy 111 - which also happens to be across the parking lot from the iconic Handels ice cream store!
* And yes, there is surfing in the desert! Our son reports that the Palm Springs Surf Club is great.
