Any violation of the house rules — including but not limited to bringing an unauthorized pet, smoking, exceeding the number of registered guests, or hosting an unapproved event — may result in immediate eviction and/or fines. Guests will also be responsible for the full cost of any additional cleaning, professional services, or repairs required as a result of the violation.

Unauthorized Pets:
No pets are allowed on the property unless explicit written approval is granted before check-in. Bringing an unauthorized pet onto the property will result in a $500 penalty, plus the full cost of any required deep cleaning, odor or allergen treatment, laundering, and repair of any pet-related damage.
