ソルトライフゲッタウェイ：オーシャンフロントビュー、キングベッド、1階入場/ 2階バルコニー、無料HBO / WIFI

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the great location, comfortable king bed, and felt the condo offered good value. We appreciate your understanding regarding the ongoing building construction. This is exactly why we disclose the construction information in the property description prior to booking, so guests are aware of the current building conditions and know what to expect during their stay. We're also sorry you experienced intermittent power flickering. Building-wide utilities and construction activity are outside of the individual condo owner's control. Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and we hope to welcome you back to enjoy the property again!

Thank you for your fantastic 5-star review! We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the excellent communication, found the accommodations exactly as presented, and appreciated the convenient beach access. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we truly appreciate your kind words. We look forward to welcoming you back for another stay in the future!

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear the ongoing building restoration project impacted your experience. The temporary closure of the pool and the construction affecting the views are disclosed in the property listing prior to booking, as these projects are managed by the condominium association and are outside of our control. We understand this was disappointing, especially if your previous visit was before the restoration work began. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and wish you all the best in your future travels.

We're delighted that you thoroughly enjoyed the location, price and accessibility. Thank you for your 5-star review!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the condo, but we're sorry the arrival process was frustrating. We appreciate your comments regarding the temporary parking limitations, which are due to the building's ongoing restoration efforts. Regarding check-in, we make every effort to ensure guests know what to expect before arrival. As a courtesy, we send a message through the VRBO dashboard explaining that future correspondence, including check-in details, will come directly from our management team. Check-in instructions are then emailed twice prior to arrival to help ensure guests receive the necessary information. Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughtful review! We're so glad to hear you found the condo exactly as pictured, well furnished, and stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It's great to know you also appreciated the convenient parking and beautiful ocean views. We appreciate your understanding regarding the ongoing pool restoration, which was disclosed prior to booking. The improvements are part of the building's continued recovery efforts, and we're grateful for your patience during this time. Thank you as well for your helpful suggestions regarding additional toilet paper and a patio drying rack. We'll be sure to share your feedback with the owner for consideration. As noted in the listing, we provide a starter supply of paper products, and guests staying longer are encouraged to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed. We're also glad the keypad was operational at the scheduled check-in time. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us, and we hope to welcome you back for another visit in the future!

iTrip does not manage the building, just the unit itself. Since your visit, we now provide parking passes within each unit The building's units are sprayed monthly for all indigenous Florida pests however whenever there is a lot of rain these pests seek shelter. We wish you would have allowed us to address your concerns during your stay. Best wishes.

Within your signed rental agreement upon booking, it states that communication must be in writing for accountability purposes, so everything is known upfront. Also, why would you need to sit by a computer since email can be accessed on your phone? We do provide a phone number within your check-in & checkout procedures for emergencies that occur when our office is closed. We were not aware that there was one key or parking permit, but we dropped off a permit right away as you state so there was no reason to stress especially since we provided an immediate temporary solution. You only informed us upon arrival of the parking permit, which was solved right away. It was not until days later you informed us regarding the common grounds key which is why it was dropped off as soon as we were aware of such. These were the only 2 items we were aware of & we responded and acted to both, if you would’ve informed us, we would absolutely respond, yet this is the 1st we are hearing of anything else in your review. As everyone can see in all recent reviews this unit is adored & enjoyed by guests and they did not state anything close to what you have. 🤔 We wish you all the best.
