We came to hike Congaree Park, and it was 2 miles from the property which was great. The host was welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Loved the way the RV was decorated!! There is a dollar general 5 minutes down the street too.

A nice change from the normal RV decor. The bed was really comfortable. Wouldn’t say pet friendly due to decor but a well behaved pet would be comfortable. Host does have a “crate” and the cloth wagon to bring your stuff from vehicle to RV. Within minutes of Conagree National Park!

We Were told that we had to us a folding wagon to carry our belongings from the parking area to the camper. (about 300 Feet). there were instructions written on the walls and a book on how to use the bathroom, how to sit on the toilet for no. 1 or no.2. the property resembled a junk yard. the air conditioner was very loud couldn't have slept if we stayed. We chose to not stay in hopes of getting a refund.

Thank you for your review however it appears there are some discrepancies. It is very clear your booking is firm and the listing stated you could not park at the RV. We do not advertise handicap accessible. The walk is 140 steps from the driveway. The air conditioner on top of the RV is the air conditioner and it is standard. There is directions to use the composting toilet as again you were aware of upon booking. Those are directions are not written on the wall they are on a wooden frame. Thank you for your very clear retaliatory review due to no refund and your choice to not read what you are booking.

This guest violated check in instructions after being told they could not drive back to the RV AND did it anyway resulting in a busted water line. They were unhappy having to pay for it but were totally ok with ignoring the property rule to break it in the first place.
