Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that communication didn’t feel ideal during your stay. Our communication system is consistent with back‑to‑back bookings, and all messages are sent directly to the main guest on the reservation, who is responsible for relaying information to the rest of the group. We understand this can sometimes create gaps, and we appreciate your understanding. Regarding the amenities, this is a new short‑term rental, and so are the full kitchen supplies we provide — including a rice cooker, pots and pans, plenty of silverware, and glasses. We are learning as we go, and while we aim to stock the kitchen well, every guest uses the space differently, so it can be challenging to meet every individuals cooking preferences. The elevator issue required a service appointment, and unfortunately we had to rely on the technicians’ schedule which you canceled the first day and told him to return the next day, which resulted in them being on-site longer than expected. We truly apologize for that inconvenience. All of the concerns you mentioned have since been resolved. We genuinely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving, and it was a pleasure hosting your group.
