East Side Cove er et ranch hjem i retrostil med masser at byde på! Bliv hyggelig med en bog i solrummet, spis frokost ved picnicbordet på det udendørs dæk, nyd cocktails nede på kajen, leg spil på græsplænen eller tag en kajak ud i bugten. Dette hus har tre soveværelser, herunder et soveværelse med 2 enkeltsenge, et andet soveværelse med en fuld seng og et soveværelse med en queensize-seng. Badeværelset er rummeligt og opdateret. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Check in and check out process was very easy. We loved how fast it was to walk downtown.

Great Location & View, Really Needs updating

This property is in a great location with a great view of Boothbay Harbor & is clean. The home needs updating. The queen bed was very uncomfortable as was the living room sofa. Both sagged. The kitchen dishes & pots & pans are quite old & need to be cleaned out & updated. The carpet needs to be replaced. The 1/2 bath is a toilet only in the basement in a dark part of the old basement with no light. Nice washer & dryer but located in the old/dated basement with steep stairs. We made the decision to leave the rental 2 nights early to be able to get some comfortable sleep. The bathroom was updated 7 years ago per the family owner & it was fine. We originally rented for 11 days and it’s probably fine for a long weekend but was not comfortable for a longer stay. The enclosed porch was a favorite place for us to relax & read. We were grateful the home is dog friendly. This property will be great just by updating the furniture, cleaning out the kitchen cupboards & replacing the dishes, glassware & pots & pans, replacing the queen mattress & sofa, a fresh paint job, adding a half bath on the main level & moving the washer & dryer upstairs.The rental company team were great to work with throughout the process. We would absolutely rent this property again with the changes we’ve recommended. But sleeping comfortably is an absolute must, especially for the price we paid.

Fantastic property, excellent location

From the moment of our arrival (personal greeting and walk through) felt very welcome and comfy. Our three kids, dog and us loved staying here. Plenty to do inside and outside the house. Very clean.

Great location!

This clean, spacious home offers many bonus features and is within walking distance to so much! Most days we didn’t touch the car. Plenty of room for the family to spread out too. A few of our favorite things- We loved watching the harbor wake up every morning from the sunroom. Kayaking about the harbor was so fun- be aware of the tides before you head out. Walking the footbridge to great restaurants, shops. Our pups enjoyed exploring the shallow tidal waters! We would absolutely stay again. This place is a gem!

Amazing location and fantastic house

The location of the house could not be better - within walking distance of downtown and the Lobster Wharf. House was immaculate and so comfortable. We definitely want to go back.

Great Few Days in Boothbay Harbor

The location of this property was perfect for us -- two couples who wanted easy access to Boothbay Harbor with no parking or traffic hassles. We walked around the corner for wonderful breakfasts and across the pedestrian bridge for excellent dinners. The house was spacious and comfortable, with a covered porch facing the water.

Great location on Boothbay Harbor, close to everything

We stayed here over the long Labor Day weekend with 4 people. The house has plenty of space and the best location in town: a quick walk over the footbridge into town yet quiet at night, right on the water with a dock and kayaks, or a few steps to Mama D's for breakfast or to fresh lobster. Plenty of outdoor and indoor space and, multiple parking spots. The house has original charm with a nicely updated bathroom; the rest is a bit corky but fully functional and spotlessly clean. Beds were also comfortable. Very easy communication with the rental company who made sure we had a great stay. Overall I highly recommend this place and would stay there again.

Great location!!! September 9th -16th 2022

Really liked this property. You couldn't ask for a better location. And the view was beautiful. The sun room was a wonderful place to have my morning tea and afternoon break. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The two issues that I had were that more windows should had screens on them and that there was only one air conditioner (none in any bedroom) I do understand that because of the type of windows but, again, couldn't open the one set of windows because of lack of screens. This would not stop us from staying here again since the pros out weighed the cons. The property manager was very nice and check in/out was a breeze. Had a wonderful time and enjoyed staying here.

Convenience and beauty

What's not to love about this property? This lovely home was more than suitable for me, my wife, and our little pup, Daisy. A few key reasons we chose this property: the location - short walk to all Boothbay Harbor has to offer, the view - the sunroom and dining room have terrific harbor views, and the dog - we were so happy to find a place we could vacation to with our dog. Everything was clean, it was great to be able to toss laundry in so we could pack less, and we enjoyed our coffee or cocktails in the sunroom every day. A very friendly neighborhood, contact-less check in, and very clean property. The shower pressure was terrific too! From this location, we made several walking trips to town for fabulous food & shopping (Boat House Bistro / Ports of Italy were our fav's), and some local car rides to Reid State Park, Gliddon Point Oysters, downtown Damariscotta, and up to Acadia (2 1/2 hrs). Spent an entire week, and still had things we didn't get to, which makes it attractive to come back. Help out the cleaning staff by tossing your towels into the washer on the day you check out. We'd love to go back to this property and highly recommend it.

Another wonderful week

We have rented this specific property before - we came back for the convenient location, the fantastic sun room with the view of the harbor (from which I could keep an eye on the kids happily paddling around the protected end of the harbor or collecting shells while enjoying my coffee and a book) and the friendly ease of working with Wendy and Kim - we are already thinking about a return trip!!

Great house on the water

House was perfect for our family vacation. The kids loved the kayaks and it was so peaceful to be right on the water. We enjoyed walking across to town and grilling out on the deck! Would highly recommend this home.

Has everything!

This house had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Boothbay Harbor. The location is excellent-you feel like you are part of the harbor. There is a great view from the back sunroom and porch, including beautiful sunsets. Walking into town across the nearby footbridge is a lot of fun. We used the dock and kayaks as well. We would definitely go back here.

Great location - close to everything and the sunroom/dock/kayaks made fun for all!

The location was perfect - easy walk to town over footbridge and easy walk to the Lobster Wharf for lunch. The screened porch/sunroom was perfect in all weather and the covered deck with grill was great for cookouts. The dock and kayaks in the protected cove area made a perfect playground for our 8 and 11 year olds - they could kayak around or fish off the dock - where I could see them from the screened sunroom while I relaxed with a book and my coffee! The house had everything we needed and a lot of thoughtful extras. Wendy and Kim were so warm and welcoming - even personally showed us around when we arrived! This was our 6th or 7th trip to Boothbay Harbor, and next time we come, I would absolutely rent this house again!! Thanks, Wendy and Kim!!

Great House!

We absolutely loved the house. It was clean, roomy and had more than what we needed. Wendy was delightful to work with and very accommodating. She made sure we were taken care of and made the stay easy from beginning to end. We wanted a place within walking distance of the shops, restaurants and excursions so we didn’t have to spend a lot of time driving to get everywhere. This location was perfect. The view of the water was beautiful. I HIGHLY recommend this house for a relaxing stay in Boothbay Harbor!
