村と港の中心にあります。 新しいクォーツカウンタートップ、マウントシンクの下のステンレススチール、真新しい食器洗い機、ガラスコンロ、新しい木の板のフローリングでキッチンを完全に改装しました!! コテージの魅力の一部を保持し、チャーミングなアップグレードを追加して、レンタルをとても望ましいものにしました！

すべての最高のショッピング、ダイニング、ボート、探検、そしてすべての港の桟橋とツアーに出かけましょう。

アパートメントには、クイーンサイズのベッドを備えた1ベッドルーム、フルサイズのベッドを備えた2番目のベッド、XLツインベッドと転がり付きの3番目のベッドルームがあります。 メインリビングエリアは、リビング、ダイニング、完全に改装されたキッチンがあります。 家族や複数のカップルに最適な宿泊施設です。 ケーブル、インターネット、洗濯機と乾燥機が含まれています。 1 1/2ブロック先の駐車場。 建物の前に2時間駐車します。

We really enjoyed our stay at In the Heart of the Village. It truly was in the middle of everything. Everything you need to be comfortable. Red cup coffee just steps away for coffee and breakfast. Ports Of Italy for dinner just a few more feet down the street. The bay across the street. Be aware that there are a short flight of very steep stairs to get into the house but everything is on one level after that. Def worth the stay.

Outside and entrance looked a little shaky but the inside was very nice ,especially for an older property . It had a lot of charm.I felt like the parking could have been explained a little better.Only complaint was that some of the light bulbs were out .We will probably return next year if it is availably.

the location is perfect - right in middle of harbor and everything is in walking distance. No parking provided so that is a problem in BBH. Unit is very funky and floors are not level so it is interesting to walk around in. Nice to have an full kitchen.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. It was just as described and within walking distance of anywhere in the harbor. Would definitely stay again!

Great place, great location

Nicely stocked place right in the heart of Boothbay Harbor. Walkable to tons of restaurants and shops ad the famed footbridge. The place is compact, but has everything you need.

Handy and thoughtfully furnished

We were very happy with this rental. So many considerate details and the location is right in the heart of the harbor. With all of our comings and goings we found the parking easy to manage.

Boothbay Enjoyment

Perfect location in the heart of Boothbay. Fully equipped in every way. Owners readily available and helpful 9 to 9 in their store in the same building. Convenient to all the waterfront activities, shops, and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Boothbay stay

Excellent location, close by everything. Hosts were lovely. Only drawback was parking. I prefer to arrive at destination and walk . We had to move car every morning. Totally doable but it was not always convenient.

We cannot say enough good things about our stay in the "Heart of the Village." We were there for nearly 2 weeks, and it truly felt like a home away from home! There was so much space for our family of 4 (2 little ones) and a dog. Everything was clean, and Patty literally thought of every detail. The space is beautifully decorated, but not in a way that I was afraid to have two little ones run around and play.The AC units in the room worked fabulously, and we were very thankful for them during the "heat wave" Maine was experiencing while we were there. There were also ceiling and plug in fans available.The location seriously cannot be beat!! I grew up coming to Boothbay Harbor as a child. My grandparents had a house right on the edge of town, so we were used to walking to and from everything in town. This VRBO was even easier, because we were already in the middle of everything. Literally 3 coffee shops within like a 5 minute walk (huge win for me!) Do be aware that because of the location in the heart of the little town, there is not parking included on site. Patty and the Boothbay Harbor Chamber of Commerce were very helpful resources for parking. Try to sort it out well enough in advance if you are visiting in the summer. There are several private lots that only cost 10/day if you book ahead of time/there is availability.Patty was so helpful and responsive throughout the entire process! If you stay here, you will not regret it!

Charming 2nd floor apartment

We enjoyed being able to walk to downtown BoothBay Harbor restaurants and activities. The apartment was well supplied & comfortable. Our hostess, Patty gave us several good recommendations for restaurants & things to do in the area.

Cute apartment in the heart of Boothbay Harbor

Our family had a fantastic vacation in Boothbay Harbor. This is a newly remodeled apartment that is clean and well appointed. It's cozy and was perfect for us. The new beds were very comfortable. The location could not be better. Just step outside and you are right in the heart of the village. Patty is the best host. She was available and communicative and made everything so easy. She gave great tips about what to do in town and where to eat. We couldn't be happier. I highly recommend staying here.

Lovely stay!

Perfect. Great location in the middle of everything. Three little bedrooms and a cozy living and dining room, all decorated in nautical decor. Huge TV and games in case the weather turns foul. Great washer and dryer.
