Onze eenheid 1604 bij The Nautilus is ons tweede huis. Wij (de eigenaars) brengen het grootste deel van de winter door, genieten van de zon, het strand en natuurlijk de lokale winkels en restaurants! Omdat we zoveel tijd doorbrengen, hebben we veel tijd en moeite besteed om ervoor te zorgen dat het modern, schoon en comfortabel is. Onze keuken heeft granieten aanrechtbladen en nieuwe apparaten, onze toiletten zijn schoon en modern en het beddengoed is het meest comfortabele dat we konden vinden! Het balkon is waar we het grootste deel van onze tijd doorbrengen, dineren en zonnen tijdens het kijken naar de golven en de dolfijnen die springen. Wij nodigen u uit om onze verfraaiing te delen en de Nautilus 1604 ook uw tweede huis te maken!

Al onze huurwoningen komen met volledige beddengoed, een wasmachine / droger in de unit en volledig uitgeruste keukens, zodat alles wat je moet zorgen maken is leuk! Daarnaast biedt ons complex een zwembad, grill / picknickplaats, gratis WiFi, car wash area, promenade voor het strand en een handige markt naast de deur! In de maanden maart tot en met oktober bieden wij ook gratis strandservice aan! We zijn slechts 5 minuten van zowel Fort Walton Beach en Destin op het prachtige Okaloosa Island en op slechts 3/4 mijl van uitstekende restaurants, uitgaansgelegenheden, winkels, wateractiviteiten en het Gulfarium!

Onze condo-eenheden zijn rookvrij en de Nautilus is een huisdiervrije accommodatie.

Perfect place for our family

The condo was even larger than we imagined. Huge bedrooms and a great kitchen with wonderful appliances. The pool at the condo complex Is really nice and accommodated lots of people without overcrowding. You are located so close to the beach and the view of the Gulf is amazing! We would definitely recommend this property.

We couldn’t sit out there long because cigarette smoke kept blowing in from other balconies. Couldn’t leave the balcony door open because it would make the room smell like smoke. I guess it’s not the condos fault that smokers are inconsiderate to everyone around them.

Great Family Vacation

Beautiful condo overlooking the Gulf. The décor definitely has beachy vibes. Beds are comfy And rooms are a good size for our family. Kids loved the pool. The white sands of the beach were perfect. We really enjoyed having an umbrella and chairs daily that was included with our stay. Every night the kids would search the beach for sand crabs. Lots of wonderful memories made. This is our second year staying at Nautilus 1604 and we highly recommend. Thanks for the perfect family getaway!

We had a wonderful time at 1604 Nautilus and will definitely book again. The unit was beautiful and very clean and was furnished with everything we needed to have a great time. The view was amazing so we took advantage of it and had dinner on the balcony a couple of times just so we didn't miss anything! The kitchen was completely furnished with everything needed to make some fabulous meals. We just needed to bring our own spices or purchase them from the local Publix which was not a problem at all. We are already planning our next getaway and will definitely be booking 1604 Nautilus again.

Really Nice

We loved our stay and enjoyed being right on the beach. Parking and beach access were really easy and convenient to be able to pop in and out whenever we wanted. The elevator leaves a bit to be desired with one elevator that is relatively slow for the whole complex. It’s not a huge deal but I could take the stairs 6 flights and still beat my family up or down on the elevator. The unit has an amazing view of the beach and gulf and you can open the doors and hear the waves crash, or sit on the enormous balcony and enjoy your coffee or a cocktail, it was absolutely stunning. The unit itself has some dated features but that doesn’t take away from the experience. It’s well stocked with utensils and necessities and we truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful Location, Friendly Staff, Unit is kinda worn

Title kinda says it all. The location is excellent, the view is fantastic. Beach service was a nice plus - that’s hard working dude! Checkin was easy peasy and staff was friendly. The resort is well kept. This particular unit is showing its wear. The kitchen is great, living area is nice with two very comfortable recliners but a two-person sofa that sits like a rock. The bedroom carpets are very worn and kinda yucky. Beds were hard and not comfortable. Additional pillows and a couple of throw blankets would have been a nice touch. Porch table needs a good cleaning. Overall, would stay again but would bring some comfortats from home.

Other stays were better-the negative in 1604: The master BR toilet was inoperable upon late arrival, repaired the next day. Second bath shower water facet had to be repaired. Washer and Dryer did not work properly. Kitchen facet hot was cold/cold was hot. Oven did not heat properly. Good mattress, fully equipped kitchen. Never told on previous trip to reserve beach chairs thought first come. staff professional friendly. Overall a restful trip.

Staff went out of their way to accommodate us when we asked about a fan....over the top!!!! There is a huge ice maker that ensures a continual supply of ice for all your needs.
