We really enjoyed our stay and the condo was great!!!!! We did notice that the floors need to be mopped as our feet were black from walking around inside without shoes.

Zoe was a great host! The condo was spacious and had all the amenities you could need. We had a total of 11 people, 6 adults and 5 young children with plenty of room for us all to sleep and relax comfortably. We had some changes to our travels and when asking Zoe if we could extend our stay an extra night, she was very polite and understanding. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo right on the beach

The condo was described, my favorite part was walking out the door and being so close to both the pool and the beach access. The owner is very nice and prompt to reply to questions. The unit itself was well taken care of and fully stocked. I really appreciated the fold out mattresses for the kids to sleep on. This is a great unit to enjoy your vacation on the beach.

Location right on the beach was perfect. Fully stocked kitchen. Lots of room for the entire family. The large back porch felt very private. The owners were wonderful to work with.

Great for Large Families, Convenient Ground Floor, Everything we Needed!

This is a nice condo complex located right on the beach. It’s just a short walk to the water. There are plenty of units if you’re traveling with a group. This condo was perfect for our family as there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable.

Our family stayed at Oceanside at the Nautilus and it couldn’t have been better!! The condo was so nice. Plenty of room for our group. Completely furnished, large kitchen. Toys, towels and chairs were there for our use. We will definitely be back!!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

on the beach/large open floor plan/ground floor access/next to the BBQ area/next to the Tom Thumb beach store/two king beds/close to village of fort walton/park close by/church close by.

This is a unique island, with gulf front on one side and inter-coastal water way on the other... we love taking walks on the beach renting a boat for cruising on the inter-coastal waterway side. Exploring the many little islands is a great way to relax, sunbath, fish and have a picnic... Sometimes we go by boat to restaurants in nearby towns too! So bring your boat or rent one for a small daily or hourly fee at the local boat rental place...next to hightide restaurant.

large open floor plan, two sofa's and a chair. Master bedroom is spacious with a recliner chair. Most lights and wall lamps controlled with dimmers switches. Balcony safe you can relax and worry about little ones climbing over since it is ground floor.

Searching for shells? after landing your feet in the sand turn right and keep going past the condo's and around the bend... happy searching...

we have a friend that owns the unit on the same level opposite side almost identical floor plan. 3/3 like ours so only two units between ours and theirs. If you are looking to rent two units close together this is a great option their VRBO number is 290572
