This luxury villa is furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The spacious floor plan offers quiet and private bedrooms.

Whether you're seeking relaxation or enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary-style bedrooms, on the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend quality time with family and friends in the family room.

The Ledges of St. George is the perfect destination for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. The host was Great. The amenities had some issues. The kitchen sink faucet handle would fall off, the kitchen sink hose nozzle was not connected, the refrigerator ice maker would plug up and was very noisy, several doors in the home would swing open and bang the walls. There was as a tree out by the driveway that would get caught up in you car door or pickup door every time you opened or or shut it. The couch in the front room seems to be getting a little warm out as well, and the dish washer was broken in a couple places. I think this unit just needs a little TLC!

Great getaway from the Montana Snow

Decent

We arrived as a family of four and were disappointed to find only 3 pickle ball rackets. Someone needs to look at the heating system as upstairs was running 10-12 degrees hotter than downstairs. We eventually had to turn on the AC upstairs to balance the temps and be able to sleep. House was spacious and in excellent condition.

The condo was very nice and clean. Well stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances. We really enjoyed the back patio. My only complaint was that the pool and pickleball court had no closing time. The noise was very annoying. People played pickleball until midnight...lights and yelling.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay was very pleasant. It was unfortunate that the golf discount at the Ledges Golf course was not clearly stated. Evidently you needed to make the tee time in order for us to get the discount. That was not made clear to us. It would be nice if you deducted the 10% x4 off of our total bill. Also, phone calls to the office were not responded to, I wanted to check whether my golf clubs had arrived. The personnel at the course had to send someone over the morning of our tee time to pick them up.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all, Ledges was great to work with! They were all so accommodating and understanding with our needs. This place was more than we expected! It was large enough to give everyone a place of their own for me time, and enough sitting area for us all to get together for meals, games, and movies. The location of our unit on the property was PERFECT! Because of where we were, we could park in the garage, driveway, and on the street right in front of our place.(4 cars) The pool was just outside our back door patio and there was a patio just off the loft room. It has nice little trails around the golf course for walking. I've never stayed in a place that had so much bedding, towels, and pillows and bonus soft snuggly blankets for movie time. The essential home ammenities were all there too. It was so clean it passes the white sock test. The beds were all so comfortable. The property is just outside of town but within minutes to make quick runs for supplies and the wedding we were there for. I wish we could have stayed longer after the wedding to just relax. This place was perfect for that!

Fantastic and relaxing trip to southern utah
