Includes beach gear, a workspace, and is walking distance to Waterman’s Restaurant and kayak rentals. The perfect place to relax, unwind, and soak in island life.
For added security, exterior cameras are installed at the front door and overlooking the driveway and parking area beneath the home.
A noise monitoring device is also placed in the first-floor entryway. It tracks decibel levels only—it does not record audio—and helps ensure a quiet, respectful environment for both guests and neighbors.

I chose this neighborhood because it offers a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, far removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown Galveston. The serene environment allows me to unwind and reconnect with nature. Its close proximity to Texas State Parks has been a perfect escape, giving me easy access to the wilderness, stunning bay views, and beautiful beaches—truly a dream come true for outdoor lovers like me!
