The lower unit has a separate entrance and features two bedrooms, one bathroom, a den, livingroom, and modern kitchen. 4 beach badges included for upper unit and 4 badges for lower unit, gas grill, and a great rear yard perfect for entertaining! This home has Roku and UTube Tv for guest enjoyment.
