Summer rentals are 7 night minimum only from July to Mid September Saturday to Saturday stays only. Bed sheet linens only included for 7 nights or more stays. Outside of summer rentals you must bring your own sheets and pillowcases; blankets and pillows are provided.

There are two decks off the living space plus a full roof deck with a hot tub. Parking for up to 5 cars, two car tandem garage, driveway can hold 2 small cars and township allows to block the driveway. Back patio with outdoor shower. Open floor plan perfect for entertaining. Kitchen counter seating for 4 plus oversized dining table with seating for an additional 10. Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, silverware, and drink ware. Bedroom on main level with a queen size bed and an oversized twin pull out couch with a full bath adjacent.

Second level has 3 additional bedrooms. Main en suite bedroom with a walk in closet, full bath, and private deck with 3 rocking chairs. Middle bedroom has a twin bed and a full size bed side by side. Back bedroom has a full over full bunk bed and a twin over full bunk bed set up with an oversized twin pull out couch in between. Middle and back bedrooms share a full bath with a tub shower in the hall. There are 2 additional bean bag chairs that fold out to a King size mattress for the floor for extra sleeping space.

The 3rd floor sunroom can be used as a sitting area or a 5th bedroom with a futon/couch and a half bath. Roof deck off the sunroom as ample seating and stunning views of the ocean, bay, bridge, and amusement rides. Hot tub on the roof is a huge bonus day or night! 8 beach badges included.
