Lakeside Estates is located just north of prestigious Deerfield Resort, around the corner from the famous 'Jumping Bridge', and ONLY 10 minutes from the nearest full-service grocery store. Lakeside Estates is located in the back of a beautiful, peaceful cove.
Our home offers everything a 'STAYCATION' of 'STAYCATIONS' has to offer on the water. Amenities abound in our 4000+ square feet, 9-bedroom, 4-bath home that can accommodate up to 26 of your closest friends, family, and guests. Double-decker Dock with slide, Pool table, Hot Tub, washer and dryer, large grill, Roku TV, Wi-Fi, Outdoor Pool, Basketball court all included. From any of the three decks, spectacular views abound of the pristine wilderness Norris Lake has to offer. The breathtaking views of the lake, of the undisturbed mountainside, or the wildlife will take your breath away.

Perfect Location

This house is in a perfect location and has everything you need either on site or close by. The dock is a great place to spend the day on the water. Kids and adults both enjoyed the slide. The house has plenty of room to spread out and relax after a day on the water.

Great place!

Great place with a few minor inconveniences. Smoke detectors kept going off the first day or so that we were there so we had to unplug a few until they stopped going off. The remotes for the tvs didn't have any working batteries. The water filter in the fridge said it was over 90 days past due. We only had 8 bath towels for our entire party, so make sure to bring your own towels for the stay. There is no water pad or paddle boat as was listed in the description. Overall, however, this was great place for the family. We loved it and had a great time on the lake!

Emerald Cove was great!

A great big house on a beautiful cove? What’s not to love? It felt very private despite close neighbors and the lake was lovely and warm. There were lots of nicely sized rooms and lovely decks. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved and used the grill and the hot tub. We’d go back!

Great location, beautiful views

House was nice, location was great. A few minor things were broken or not right but didn't affect stay, so I did not bother contacting host during our stay. She was very responsive and great when asking questions before the trip. Would recommend this house to large groups...overall had a great time.

Family time at Norris Lake

Rental process was easy. Gretchen was quick to return any messages sent to her. The house was just as described. Our family had a wonderful experience. The cove was quiet and great for floating and relaxing.

Huge house for a group of friends/family!

The experience at Emerald Cove was fantastic. House was clean, comfortable, and exactly what the pictures looked like. The kingsize beds (7 bedrooms) were perfect for the 7 couples in my group. No one complained the entire trip and we all enjoyed our stay. If you have booked this house for your next vacation, sit back and relax because you are in for a great trip on Lake Norris.

Lake Norris Emerald Cove

Great location and good time. Biggest issue we had was lack of bathrooms, but we knew that going in. Overall house was in good shape. Its showing some wear, but was clean and everything worked as it should. Owner/operator was very responsive and helpful. It was a fun and relaxing vacation.

Perfect family time

The house was perfect with plenty of room for everyone. Jeff immediately returned our call regarding the hot tub. He was very friendly and accommodating. The kids enjoyed the water deck and the fishing. This is definitely something that we will continue to do on our spring breaks.
