Great overall facility!

I had to vacuum with a broke vacuum. It took forever. There were nails found all over floor & carpet. Looks like they did some construction in the room and did not sweep or vacuum up mess so we had to. There was drywall on floor too. It smelled like fresh paint for two days. We did not call it in & chose to fix it ourself because we got checked in late & we’re exhausted from 9 hour drive. Other than this everything was great. We would come back. It was a very nice facility. Elevators were fast! The whole facility was very nice & clean. Room facing the beach & condo right on the beach! Best condo we have stayed in thus far. Our shade fell down & maintenance was quick to fix it. Thank you! Great trip!

Enjoyed our stay very much! Very Beautiful! The only issue was on Sat at around 6:45am they were drilling in the wall outside our bedroom to hang new fire extinguisher. This was really horrible timing. Should at least wait until after 9:00am or even 8:00am would have been ok but before 7:00am was absolutely horrible. Also, the couch bed was extremely uncomfortable and the frame was bent. It would’ve been nice to have a keurig in the unit...makes it much easier with traveling then a regular coffee pot.

Great Location and Great Unit.

PHX 10 is a wonderful building with great beaches and right next door to Florabama and sister restaurants. Very nice (smaller) unit and we really enjoyed out stay.

Short getaway

Check in time was delayed a little. Room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Facility should furnish some small amount of cleaning material (dish soap, additional bath soap/shampoo). Didn’t like the lack of privacy on the balcony. Overall the room was very nice.

Perfect Beach rental

This unit is very clean, secure and impeccably outfitted to provide an awesome base of operations while staying at Orange Beach. It has all the amenities anyone would need, is right on the gulf and is enticingly close to the Flora-Bama for evening entertainment.

Great condo

First time in Orange Beach. This condo was our home away from home during the week. All accommodations were great! The condo was perfect for the 4 of us. The ocean view was absolutely perfect. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The sleeper sofa could have been a little more comfortable, however, our kids didn't mind it. We loved the pool, beach and work out room. We will be back!!
