7 day family trip to Orange Beach!

This was the best vacation experience I've ever had! My 9 year-old son and I stayed here for 7 days and enjoyed it much. We were happy with everything provided. The room was all you could ask for. The beach was pleasant and safe everyday. The outside pool is large and accommodating. Many great restaurants are a walk away across the street. I am already planning for next year's summer stay for two weeks at this location.

Overall condo was clean. Microwave was very dirty and I cleaned it before using. Ice maker did not work. Reported it to front desk. They said they would get it repaired, but no one repaired it during our stay.

Great weekend Get Away

Phoenix 10 is a great property. It is right next door to Flora Bama which makes it easy to visit there and not have the hassle of parking. the unit was just as described. Very clean and great view. I would replace the coffee pot and upgrade the sofa. It was not comfortable and a little worn. We never could get the TV in the bedroom to work. My husband can figure any electronics out and he just couldn’t get it to work. It kept saying weak signal. Overall a good experience.

Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. We were in 1102 so it is all the way on the other side of the parking garage. A little bit of a walk but very quiet. Parking garage was great. Very easy to get in and out and attached to the building. Views are amazing! Floor to ceiling windows. Shower had great water pressure and got nice and hot. Washer and dryer were also very clean and nice to have inside the condo. Plenty of dishes to use. Staff was great from the front desk to the security walking around. Nice outside sitting area a lot of people using the grills. Very short and easy access to the beach. Right next to Flora Bama. Enjoyed walking over to grab food and drink and listen to music. The only downside is that the pools are not heated. The indoor pool was freezing. Outdoor pool was as well. It did start getting a little warmer our last day there. We were not able to use the pools because of water being too cold. Also had some young “adults” jumping from hot tub to pool, acting pretty rowdy looked very unsafe and no one came in to stop it. I was just concerned someone was going to get hurt. Overall a great place to stay. This was our first visit to Orange Beach and we look forward in coming back.

I agree with all the other very positive reviews. Great location! Loved being so close to the Florabama! We will return to this very same condo in the future. I really liked the decor as well.

Great Condo!

We had a wonderful stay at Phoenix X. We loved the decor and that it was near lots of places to eat. The condo was very clean and welcoming. We also loved the parking deck so our car wasn't hot when we wanted to venture out. We were able to walk to dinner and that was such a nice treat! The beaches and pools were fantastic. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. We can't wait to come back!
