Great location

Lots to do nearby and Northside Park was perfect for dog walks and playground visits. Condo had plenty of space and everything we needed. We all enjoyed our visit.

Good space great location

This condo was big and accommodated our family. It was very convenient to walk to the beach and the Northside park across the street and nearby stores and restaurants.

The property was everything that the description said it was! It was beautifully decorated, clean and anything you could need is there for you to use! It is steps away from the beach and restaurants! We really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed during the Thanksgiving four day weekend and had a great time. The unit was comfortable and really well - stocked. It is located in a great part of Ocean City- just 3 blocks from Winterfest ( a must see this time of year), close to movie theaters, indoor putt putt and arcades. To top it off the beach is just a just down the street. This is a great place to spend quality time as a family during the Holidays

Excellent stay

Great location near the beach and a quick walk across the street to Northside Park. Nicely decorated and stocked with kitchen essentials. We appreciated having a comfy big leather couch and seats along with multiple king beds and multiple bunks to sleep on. Would recommend for sure

Having small children along, we enjoyed the one minute walk to the beach Its a nice straight bike ride for them to North Side Park. It's a wonderful park and we love the pier.

The place is nice adequate Jeanne is very helpful. The building is not numbered kinda hard to locate the room and parking is confusing other than that was ok.

Hi Sean and thanks for your review. We have brand new siding and have ordered sinage for the building and units so everything will be clear very soon! Like you, a lot of people get the name of the building (Villa 7) and the unit numbers mixed up. The parking is marked with Villa 1, Villa 2, Villa 3 and Villa 4 to correspond to Units 1-4. Sorry if that was confusing. As we discussed, there is also plenty of public parking available in front of the building with no permits required. We're glad you enjoyed your stay and look forward to your next visit! Jeanne

Clean and Convenient

We stayed 2 nights and wish we would have stayed more. This spot was so convenient. The beach being a building away was great for the kids and so many stores and fun things to do in walking distance. The place was clean and comfortable for all 8 of us! We had a great time! Will definitely book again.

Great location!

So happy to find a nice property that allowed dogs. This was our first time bringing our dogs to Ocean City and we were a little apprehensive. Spent a little more than what we usually do but got a great condo in a wonderful location. Steps to the beach and walking distance to Northside Park. Jeanne was wonderful to deal with and very responsive. Would definitely rent again.

Great location!

We prefer North OC and the location of this unit was perfect. A short walk to the beach made each day easy. There were plenty of places / stores along Coastal Highway nearby, so driving was not always a necessity. In our opinion, it was a value when considering places to stay.

Best rental ever had in OC. Coming 30 years and best accommodations I have experienced. Huge front deck was great for 2 year old. Toys left to be shared was invaluable.

Lovely Stay

Our family enjoyed our short, but sweet stay at Villa 7. Being close to the beach was priority so this was perfect. The condo had everything we needed and property owner was terrific and very responsive. This was our first trip to Ocean City, MD and enjoyed the sites. Assateague Island is a must see and the busy boardwalk was fun. If we choose to return to OC we will definitely try Villa 7 first.
