Both bedrooms are spacious, with the primary suite featuring a private ensuite bath. Enjoy a brand-new smart washer/dryer, central air and heat, one garage parking space, and two street passes. Located on the top floor of a secure, 12-unit building with elevator access, this professionally redesigned, fully furnished two-bedroom condo offers a clean, quiet setting ideal for extended stays. The open-concept layout includes a comfortable living room with a 70” smart TV, decorative fireplace, and a dedicated desk setup for remote work or study. Adjacent is a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Wood laminate and tile flooring run throughout the space, creating a cohesive and low-maintenance interior.

The spacious primary suite features a king bed, a 43` mounted TV for added comfort and entertainment, and a private ensuite bath. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, blackout curtains, generous closet space, and a 32` TV. Both bathrooms are updated and functional, and the in-unit laundry closet includes a brand-new smart washer and dryer for added convenience. Central air conditioning and forced air heating ensure year-round comfort, and high-speed Wi-Fi supports all your work and streaming needs.

Additional amenities include secure gated entry, elevator access, one assigned parking space in a gated garage, and two street parking permits for guests or additional vehicles. This is a monthly rental in accordance with Santa Monica regulations. No smoking, parties, or pets are permitted. All utilities—electricity, gas, water, trash, and Wi-Fi—are included in the rental price.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire condo throughout their stay. This includes both bedrooms, bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, in-unit laundry, and the private workspace. You`ll also have full access to one assigned parking space in the gated garage, as well as two street parking permits. The building is secure with gated entry and elevator access—no shared spaces inside the unit, ensuring complete privacy and comfort.

NEIGHBORHOOD INFO:

Located just off Wilshire Blvd, the condo sits across the street from Walgreens and within walking distance to a wide range of restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops such as Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Target and Tartine. The beach is 18 blocks away (less than 2 miles) along side the Third Street Promenade.. This location is especially convenient for traveling nurses, those seeking long-term care, or professionals working blocks away in medical centers like UCLA Santa Monica, Cedars Sinari Santa Monica and Providence Saint John’s.

Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There is an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions around the city. If you’re an explorer, we recommend having a car during your stay.

Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!

Pets are welcome at this property with prior approval and under specific conditions. Only one dog is allowed per stay, and the pet must be disclosed at the time of booking. A pet fee will be applied to the reservation. Please note that cats are strictly prohibited, as the homeowner has a severe allergy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all guests.

For stays over 30 days, we offer optional mid-stay cleanings for an additional fee. These provide a full refresh of the home and linens, and we recommend scheduling one every 15 days. Our professional housekeeping team is paid a fair, livable wage and plays a vital role in ensuring each stay is comfortable and exceptionally clean.

Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.

Utility Usage: Utilities are included up to the property’s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.

- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check-out. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.

- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.

- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.

- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.

- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.

- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.

- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.
