2019年に新しく改装されました！ これは北の建物に位置しています豪華な3ベッドルーム2バスルーム4階オーシャンビューユニットです。 マスターベッドルームにはキングサイズベッド、ゲスト用ベッドルームにはクイーンサイズベッドと1つのツインベッドがあり、小さい3番目のベ���ドルーム（Crow's Nest）には4人の子供が寝る2セットのツイン2段ベッドがあります。 このユニットには、大家族のための十分な寝室スペースがあります。

Great location, right on the beach, and quick drive to restaurants and downtown. Great for teenagers. Nice pools and courtyard.

Great family vacation

Beautiful ocean views. Enjoyed the pool and the beach. Plenty of lawn for kids to run and play. Not far from restaurants or downtown.

The location of this property was perfection! Beatiful grounds, pool, and easy walk to the beach with a great view of all from the condo. The condo itself was slightly dated, but we knew that from pictures and our concern was location and view. Great communication with staff as we had to delay our trip due to hurrican Ian.

Family friendly, beach/pool

Property is a little dated but still great. Family friendly location with direct access to beach and huge pool. Both are very short walk from rooms. Grocery store is 1.5 miles up the road. Would def stay here again. No complaints at all.

Great beach getaway

Very clean place, comfortable for 9 people, waking up with the beautiful sunrise looking over the balcony is priceless. The only thing is that was the check out cleaning lady was there waiting by door at 9:45 which we were leaving anyway , we just brought a lot of things with us, we ended up leaving 10:14 and we just felt rushed getting out (not a pleasant experience). I will rent the place again if there is another opportunity it’s a great place

There are great views of the ocean and the pool area especially if one is on the third or fourth floor. The construction of the facility with its three buildings provides everyone a great view. The facility is very clean and well taken care of. We would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed our stay even though the weather was very bad first of weekWe were with friends and enjoyed being together. There were a few things that bothered me. There were several dishes that I took out for use that had dried food on them. I felt like I needed to wash everything to be sure it was clean. Also the stove had several burners that did not work. Also the clothes dryer when I used it had a very bad burning smell. We could nev get the tv in the bedroom to work. I guess I’m trying to say this unit needs a little TLC Jennifer McCoy

Great location, terrible unit

This building is in a great location and has a great set up for families. We have stayed here a few times before. But this particular unit is not well kept. The furnishings are old and dirty. The bedding is cheap and dingy. It was just generally very outdated and not very clean. A major warning. There was barely any hot water. There was enough for only one shower. In a unit that sleeps up to 8 people, this was a real problem. Cold showers were taken every day. When we arrived at 5pm (for a 4pm check in time), the unit had not been cleaned from the last renter. We had to wait for someone to come from across town, and then wait for her to clean it. Very inconvenient and disappointing. I would highly recommend this condo community, but would never stay in this unit again. It was not well taken care of.

Reviewer Comments: Complex was nice, clean, great access to the beach, very nice pool area. The unit itself needs some work. We knew going into it that the unit had not had upgrades in awhile but the problems not with out dated decor. There are maintenance issues that need to be addressed. There is NO water pressure, the dishwasher sounds like a jackhammer, the oven and the stove top does not work properly, the blinds are way too difficult to work- and almost do not, the screen on the patio wouldn’t slide. Even the glass on the front storm door fell out. It hit my daughter in the back. She wasn’t hurt, thankfully. And because it hit her and not straight to the floor, it didn’t shatter. I will say that when I called the front office, they were very friendly and arranged for maintenance to fix it. Another little issue was that we only had 6 towels. The condo advertises “sleeps nine” and we had 7. But they only provided 6 bath towels. I had to go to Walmart and buy extra towels for the week. The condo was fairly clean but the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen could use a wipe down- some pretty big build up of crumbs, etc. it happens- just needs to be cleaned. The decor maybe a little dated but that was no biggie. Still comfy. They just need to do a little maintenance and maybe have the dishwasher and range checked out or replaced, check on the other maintenance issues, stock more towels and see what the issue is with the water pressure (I think the faucet needs some work because the tub faucet still has water coming out when the shower is on- but we pulled the shower valve as much as it would go but it was stuck). Will give them two thumbs up for how well stocked the kitchen was with cooking necessities.

Normally no complaints, but this time the unit next to ours was under construction and there was pounding from 8am past 6pm. If I had known, I wouldn't have booked the condo we did. Also, lots of smokers in this non-smoking facility. We didn't us the balcony much this time, as people were smoking below us and around us. Also, our grill was dirty so we didn't BBQ. Other than that, this is our go to place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Keurig stopped working and instead of fixing, we were offered a regular coffee maker. Were only given 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, went out and bought ourselves before we knew we had to ask for more. Were only given a couple trash bags and when we asked for more were only given 2 even though we knew we’d need more and had to go back again when we ran out. Not much hot water and would start to run out when the first person was getting a shower. Dishwasher smelt like something was burning when we ran it for the first time and when we reported it, were told it was brand new and no one came to look at it. Overall it was a great location and resort and amenities were perfect. But the maintenance requests and service were handled poorly.

Great location, perfect for families, Gated condo with great location!

Absolutely loved staying here! Great location. Perfect for our large family getaway. Loved the security of the locked gates to the premises and to beach access. It had everything we needed. We could have easily stayed a few more days and will definitely choose this condo again!
