Things to note:

• There is free parking for 1 vehicle in the communal carport
• Condo is a 3-5 minute walk to the base of the ski resort
• There is a washer and dryer inside the condo.
• Per the cities laws on maximum guest count, infants must be included in the total guest count and are charged the same rate as adults.
• Parties are not allowed. Any additional guests not on the reservation will be charged $50 per person, per night. 
• We have an extremely strict NO SMOKING policy of any kind inside the unit, on the balcony or in the building whatsoever.
• Animals are NOT permitted inside the building or in the unit at any time per the HOA regulations and due to pet allergies.
• During slow season from mid April to Memorial Day weekend and from October 1 to Thanksgiving, only one hot tub will be open. Second hot tub and pool will be closed. All will be open the rest of the year.
