It boasts 3 inviting bedrooms with 3 queen beds. The property includes heating, WiFi, a washing machine, a hair dryer, and an iron. With 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower and a hair dryer, guests will feel right at home. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house. We are a fifteen minute leisurely walk to both downtown areas of Hermosa and Manhattan Beach where there are boutique shops and restaurants. We also have a wonderful park for the kiddies just a short two blocks away and a wagon to take them in. We have very comfortable beds and nice linens. The kitchen has pottery barn plates and good cutlery. We have non-stick pans and stainless steel pans for cooking. A beautiful remodeled kitchen where you can look out the window at the ocean while you prepare meals. There is a new washer and dryer at the house. A FEW IMPORTANT DETAILS ABOUT YOUR STAY We are delighted to welcome you and your family and hope you have a wonderful and relaxing stay in our home. To help ensure everything is comfortable and easy during your visit, we wanted to point out a few details about the property. We appreciate your taking a moment to review them. A NOTE ABOUT THE FLOORING You'll notice an approximate 1-inch transition between the hardwood floors and the kitchen floor tile. Please take a little extra care when moving between these areas, particularly until you become familiar with the home. TELEVISION The television has been prepared for your arrival and is set up for normal television viewing. If you choose to change the TV settings, connections, or configuration (Netflix, etc.) during your stay, we kindly ask that you return everything to the original television configuration before checkout. This allows us to have the home ready for our next guest. If the television requires a service visit because the original configuration was not restored, a $75 service charge may be requested. ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING For the comfort and safety of the property, electric vehicle charging is NOT INCLUDED as part of the rental. Please do not use the home's electrical outlets or other property equipment to charge an electric vehicle.
