Enjoy the private, fenced, backyard and unwind in the hot tub or enjoy a session in the outdoor sauna. Practice your short game on the private putting green or gather friends and family for a night of fun in the game room, complete with a pool table and classic arcade games.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Please turn off all electronics and appliances (T.V.s, arcade games, and kitchen appliances)
Please make sure: -Hot tub jets and lights are off. -Temp is set to 80 degrees. -Any debris is removed, and cover is closed. -Sauna is turned off, and door closed.
-Fire pit should be covered, and propane valve closed -BBQ (if used) should be scraped clean, propane valve closed, and covered. -Return pool table, shuffle board, dart, and putting green equipment.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
-Please use hot tub and sauna responsibly! -NO Children left unattended at anytime. -Guests will be held responsible for ALL LIABILITY AND DAMAGES
-BUNK BEDS should be used as intended (with the ladder). -Use carefully and at your own risk.
-Pool table and games should be treated with care. -They should NOT be used as a seat or table for food/drink. -Children should not be left unattended
