Such a nice home to stay in! The beds were comfortable, the ratio of bathrooms to bedrooms was great, and the price for location was awesome. The place itself and the host communication are 5/5 stars. Thought it would have been nice if the house were slightly cleaner upon arrival.

Great PB stay

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to Mission Bay. A short drive to the ocean and Mission Beach. Nicely appointed home. Great for families. Off street parking in the garage. The gas fireplaces on each level are a nice touch.

Fantastic location

Lovely home with a great floor plan for a large group. Walking distance to so many things. Sunrise and sunset in the upper deck is simply icing on the cake.

Great stay

Our group of 6 had a wonderful stay here! The location is perfect, just a few minute walk to the beach! The garage parking was a great asset. Host was great with communication, which made our trip even smoother. Minor issues were there were no trash bags, and some of the towels were still damp. Not a big deal though, there was a washer and dryer there. Would stay there again!

Perfect Place

The property was as advertised. It was perfect for the eight of us. I short walk to the beach was a great way to start each day. Everywhere we needed to go was a short distance away and the dining area and kitchen were perfect for breakfast and dinner. We may have ridden the bikes if the tires were inflated. Tires were a little sketchy. Thank you.

Such a great place!

Overall our experience was amazing! The owner texted us when the house was open up earlier than check in time which was much appreciated. The house has so much sleeping space and is so cute! The bunk beds could actually even sleep 4 people. My only complaint is that the place was advertised as a two car parking garage but when we got there were boxes and supplies in the way and we couldn’t park both of our small cars in there. There was street parking in front but it was still a bummer. Overall the place was clean, beautiful and lots of space. Definitely would stay here again!

Overall Great Stay

Enjoyed the stay here. The house was spacious and in a great location. Check in was super easy, and it was really nice having the garage for our rental car. The double bunk beds worked great for our two kids and the bathrooms were a great size. I gave 5 stars but would really give it 4.5 due to a couple areas for improvement: 1. Cleanliness. The floors could have been mopped/scrubbed before we got there. Anyone who was barefoot for even a few steps inside would have dirty / dark feet that definitely required a washing before bed. 2. A better equipped kitchen. There were sufficient plates, cutlery, etc, however there weren't any pots other than a wok (ther were plenty of pans, though). We tried to make pasta one night and there wasn't anything other than the wok! We made that work.Other things worth noting but weren't too big a deal was that the loft area does not have it's own door or a closet, so noise travels easily down to the second floor and there isn't anywhere to hang clothes. All in all, would certainly stay here again given the pricepoint and many other positives for the home.

Needs love and attention!

Great quiet location, close to beach and restaurants. Check-in was easy! The house was not cleaned properly. The floor made our feet black with in first hour.The owner did offer to send someone out to re-clean but we had already cleaned the floor ourselves. Lack of silverware in kitchen. The refrigerator water/ice dispenser had never been cleaned, and it looked like it was not safe to drink water out of. Pictures show a nice patio off the kitchen but it was not useable without moving furniture around. The grill was empty and was told by the owner we needed to have the propane tank filled ourselves. The 3rd floor bedroom was not fully enclosed but we made it work. The roof top patio has so much potential, but fireplace did not work! The furniture was faded and torn in several places. After I arrived home I did have a chance to talk to the owner, she blamed everything on the previous renters that smoked. We did not smell any smoke in the house.

Beautiful house, very little attention to detail

So much potential, could be a great place to stay, but certainly hoped for more. The house itself is beautiful, beds clean and comfortable, great location. Cons: grill is out of service, rooftop fireplace is out of service, garage door opener had issues. Rooftop furniture needs cleaning. Very little supplies in bathrooms, no toaster found in the kitchen, wine glasses are super dirty and many are cracked, had to move them to make sure not to grab one by an accident. Really hope the owner can address those issues since it would make for an amazing stay for the guests.

Perfect location

This was the perfect location for our needs. We need it to be within walking distance of crown point park and we definitely were. There was plenty of space. I loved the gas fireplaces in the living room and the master bedroom. The rental was clean and quiet. the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. The check in was easy. We had no issues during our stay. I would definitely rent this place again.

Great house, great location!

Nice house with enough bedrooms for our family of five. Blocks to the beach, great spot for campfire at night on the bay. Short drive to the zoo and sea world, and good restaurants right at the corner.
