The property was amazing. It was clean and spacious. We loved the hot tub which heated up in 15 minutes after turning it on. Brian was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. It was a home away from home experience!

The house was great for our family Thanksgiving gathering.The backyard and pool were a big hit. It took several days for the pool to be heated to the proper temperature, so that was disappointing. Many basic amenities of the house were missing , but were replaced or repaired fairly quickly.We never were able to use the barbecue as it was broken. Overall it was great house and the backyard was wonderful !

My family and I had a great time in the house. We were not expecting how close and limited parking there was in the neighborhood. The trailer and box truck were definitely unexpected. While the home was gorgeous, I wished there was a home book to tell about procedures while at the home. We were able to message the property manager, but it seemed a bit of an inconvenience. The wifi kept going out so we were not able to watch tv the last night there. While the snack corner was an excellent idea, the candy was very old. All in all, Brian the host was super friendly and we enjoyed ourselves. There was more than enough room, but there was no lighter to light the fire pit. We do plan to make this an annual cousin's trip and we definitely use this host again! Thanks!

Great house!

We had a great stay! There were 2 families of 4 and the kids loved the pool and spa! There was enough room for all of us and the beds were very comfortable. The house was stocked and the laundry was very useful! Location was also close to many sites we saw (zoo, Petco park, Coronado). Hosts were very communicative and helpful! Thanks again for a great stay!

Spacious home

Spacious, clean home. Having 2 full bathrooms was really convenient. Pool and jacuzzi were really nice! Not to far from downtown! Would stay here again!

Great home for our family vacation

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at this property! Everything from checking into the house, cleanliness, location and communications with the property manager were all superb! This house is perfect location to anything you wanna do in San Diego. The backyard was perfect for when the kids were napping, the adults could lounge and relax! Can’t wait to book another stay at this property.

Really lovely home that is spacious for a family

When we first pulled up I thought uh-oh, but once we got inside we were thrilled. First off, the beds, all new and very firm. There was a fantastic coffee station and all the cook ware in the house was quality and newer. We made breakfast and snackable dinners every night and everything was easy to use and of quality. The TV’s were all new smart TV’s and easy to use. The house was super clean, the bathrooms and kitchen were recently renovated and the backyard was perfect. My youngest played in the pool for hours and the hot tub was lovely to soak sore muscles from long hikes around town. I would absolutely stay here again.

Let me just start off by saying my family & I LOVED our stay here at Brian’s home. Not only was it fully stocked but we didn’t need anything during our stay & i mean anything. Brian’s home came with everything you could think of & some more! Not to mention the backyard area that adds a big plus to this home. Brian & his Team were also very responsive & made sure all of our questions & concerns were answered. We will definitely be booking here again!

absolutely incredible!!!!

Even after being thrilled to find this place on VRBO, my friends and I were blown away with how amazing it actually was in person. Everything was exactly as described or better. We were provided with seemingly endless amenities, everything was pristinely clean and spacious, the pool and hot tub were AMAZING; we had just the best time staying here!!! Communication with the host was excellent and they were generously accommodating with us when we requested a date change relatively last minute. Limited and reasonable rules and checkout routine. The value of this place is truly amazing, we booked early and what we paid was very reasonable for the quality of our stay in my opinion. 10/10 experience, I highly recommend this property!!!

Family friendly escape with your own private Oasis in back.

The property is well maintained and offers a variety of amenities for the value. The pool/spa is an extremely beautiful oasis that gives privacy and a luxury feel to your stay. All rooms are all tastefully decorated and you will find lots of pup photos located through out. I imagine those are the owners dogs on display; major cuteness. The mattresses are on the softer side and if you are short please note that they sit rather high on the bed frames and you may require a step stool (my mother did) which they do have one available in the garage/laundry area. They neighborhood was quiet. Host is quick to respond with any questions or concerns you may have and does check in to ensure your stay is going as planned. **Con as of 6/17/2024 they are working on the main street in and out of the residential area that caused some delays and the road is torn up with lots of pot holes so if you bring a travel trailer or lower clearance vehicle please be cautious. I wish this would have been advised to better prepare as the construction has been ongoing for a while according to the worker we spoke with. He was unsure how long the construction will last but it was being worked on the 3 days we had to drive in and out of the area.
