A great house in a beautiful setting. Our family stayed here for graduation weekend and it was super convenient getting to and from Ann Arbor. The house was nice and spacious for 8, very comfortable. We would stay here again. Thank you.

Excellent amenities, spaces and location. House is well maintained and updated. Our only complaint would be the Primary Bedroom mattress desperately needs replacing.

The house was spacious, neat and clean. It was very comfortable for our five family members. Plenty of blankets and towels etc. The location is ideal for a visit to the University of Michigan. It is close enough to get there in 20 minutes but far enough to avoid the hassles and traffic of Ann Arbor.

In town for a family wedding

The house was just as advertised. We had plenty of room for 7 adults. The house was very clean, and the instructions/rules were very clearly posted. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay

This home is absolutely beautiful and perfectly accommodated our family. Directions provided for check-in/check out were so detailed. This home had everything you might need. I highly recommend this property for future stays and will look to stay here for our next family getaway.

Good stay for our worktrip

Stayed here with two colleagues for 5 days in June. Plenty of space for the three of us. Only thing I’d look out for is that it is located on a dirt road, so make sure you have something that can handle the mud if the weather isn’t ideal.

Overall very nice home. Especially enjoyed the very comfortable beds with high-end mattresses. The house was very clean and well kept. While we were staying there the temperature was in the 90s and humid and my only disappointment was that the upstairs was not cool enough despite using fans. The host was very kind to offer us a late checkout and an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated.

family celebration

We were very pleased with our stay at this home. It was clean and ready for us when we arrived. We, eventually had 7 of us staying there and had plenty of room and private sleeping. While there was both a Keurig and Mr Coffee makers in the home, it would have been helpful to know ahead of time that we would need purified water because of well water. We would have had some on hand for our first morning.

Wedding Weekend

Everyone was very pleased with the house. We had plenty of room for family that traveled in from 3 different locations. The house was big, clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect and only minutes from where ever we needed to go. To be able to park 4 was such a plus. We would recommend this house to travelers coming to the Canton area.

Great Stay In Canton

Nice quiet property and lovely stay in this Canton, MI home. In the area for a wedding. Loved the "family & homey" feel of the place. Wonderful big kitchen where my family (4 of us) sat down for breakfast and lunch every day (6-night stay). Kitchen fully stocked with pans and gadgets. It was liked going to my great aunt's house and finding everything that you need. Everyone had their own bedroom and pretty much their own bathroom. It was just an enjoyable stay.

Good space, needs TLC

The rental is in a quiet neighborhood off a dirt road. House is spacious, but could use some updating. Lights flickered, most rooms were pretty dim, kitchen felt not super clean, owner’s property was not always tucked away. The entrance is off the back, which is a little strange. It was fine for our purposes, but I would not rent again

Hi Gretchen, the right vacation home is everything, and we’re sorry to hear this one didn’t fully meet your expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We’re continuously working on improvements and will take your feedback to heart as we plan future updates and maintenance throughout the home.- Our home does have a more classic charm, but we are committed to ensuring all areas feel welcoming, clean, and well-prepared for every guest.- We appreciate your comments on lighting and presentation and will review these details with our team to see where we can make adjustments. Thanks again for your insight, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide an even better stay in the future.

Perfect but too short. We came from Canada, Wisconsin and Oklahoma for our a family wedding. It was great being able to have us all under the same roof and so much room !!! Everyone thanked me for finding this VRBO, and now I have to find one in St Louis for 2024!! Haha They want to get together again next year.

Amazing Home

Simply amazing! The check in and check out process were seamless. The pictures do not do this place justice; the home is absolutely beautiful! Tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a vacation. The owners are very responsive and kind as well. Everything was clean and there were more than enough linens. Fully stocked kitchen. Safe neighborhood. Every window has a lovely picturesque view. A true home away from home. Would give this 10 stars if I had the option.
