The main/master bedroom has a king size bed, and guest room has a queen size bed while the remaining rooms are furnished with a -sized bed (s), comfortable for sleeping people. The adjective living room is furnished with modern Furniture , and The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with everything you need , the living room have 55 inches smart tv NETFLIX & HULU movies and local channels are also available wifi available, sound system is also available ECT....BBQ on the balcony is ready for you , watching the sunrise behind the great mountains from the balcony having your morning coffee is breathtaking .

You have the club house to entertain, the heated pool is just step away , if you like to workout at the gym also is available , enjoying nearby attractions such as hiking or biking. (Include activities and locations)

Nice property

Contemporary decorated and clean condo conveniently located off 60 and the 202. It is on the 3rd floor with no elevator so be prepared for steps. The upside was the view with two decks, one facing east and the other south. The unit had a Well stocked kitchen.

Enjoyed every day of 3 month stay

Great location. Great condo, fully equipped to meet all our needs. Condo is within a very quiet, yet conveniently located gated complex. The neighbors were very quiet and friendly, we felt safe at all times. Everything you need is right around the corner. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful view of the Superstition Mountains and sunrise. We took full advantage of the work out facilities, very neat and clean. Many, many trails in the area to hike and enjoy the desert. Mr. Hanna was awesome to work with, very friendly and helpful. Always available whenever we had questions, especially since this was our first experience with VRBO and being a snowbird. Definitely looking forward to renting again!

Amazing Condo

Our stay here was wonderful! The condo was very clean, and very updated. The view from the main deck has a great view of the Superstition mountains. We were close to shopping and restaurants. It's also only about 1/2 hour from Goldfield, OK horseback riding, Dolly Cruise, and Tortilla Flats .

beautiful condo

This condo is in a gated development and was very quiet and actually convenient for our stay. Very modern beautifully decorated. It had 2 small verandas, and I especially enjoyed the south one in the mornings. Great view of Superstition Mountain. Only con was the 38 steps to the 3rd floor. Highly commended

Superb experience, excellent rental property!

This condo is a wonderful haven in Mesa, supplied with everything needed! Enjoyed both decks with view of Superstition Mountains. Whole condo complex well maintained with pool & hot tub for great relaxation time! Would rent again, host super easy to communicate with!

Coyote Landing vacation condo

The property was in a great location with a beautiful view of Superstition Mountains. We have stayed in this gated community every year for the last 5 years. This is the first time in this condo. It is furnished with a modern style and provided all the necessities. The property manager was very responsive. The condo could use new linens on the beds and bath towels. There is a camera outside the door which made us feel a bit uncomfortable. The property manager let us know it is there due to previous vandalism, however it felt a bit intrusive in an already gated community. When booking, I unintentionally put down 2 guests and when we checked in, the second bedroom was locked. The property manager stated we did not need the second bedroom for only 2 people. He was accommodating with offering us a reduced rate for the other two in our group. But if renting this condo for two people who may not share a bedroom, it would be very inconvenient. The listing should clarify only 1 bedroom if only for 2 people. Overall, our stay was good, the community felt safe, and the two pools and hot tubs were great!

Vacation getaway

Our condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was nice having Hulu and Netflex in the evening to enjoy. Appreciated the easy availability of washer and dryer. Very quiet and relaxing stay.

Perfect!

A beautiful property for adults. We were staying during the Q19 outbreak, and we’re very comfortable to stay within the home and the property. It would have been nice if Hulu was available but we may do with Netflix.

Really nice

Had a great stay. Would have liked to know about the third floor and no elevator. It wasn’t a problem for us but if you have a disability it would have. Otherwise we loved the place

Relax In Mesa

This property is very modern, beautiful and exceptionally clean. The view in the morning is to the east where you can enjoy your coffee or tea on the balcony and watch the sunrise. There is another balcony that is larger to enjoy the out doors with a furniture set, patio heater and grill if you wish. The bed was comfortable. The pool is very nearby. We were delighted to have such a nice place to stay at! The owner was was available for assistance if we needed anything or had questions. Definatley a 5 stars for this property.

Snow birds in Mesa.

The 4 of us enjoyed the the entire experience there. The pool and spa was quite close to our rental. Beds are comfortable with ample room for 4. Planning on coming back in the new year.

The condo is new and has all amenities required close by. The TV package is lacking and there is not enough utensils and dishes to serve 4 people without running the dishwasher daily with small loads. Pools are nice.

We enjoyed our stay but there are a few things that could have Made it better. First the lack of tv channels. Secondly, there wasn’t Enough lite in bedrooms so you could not read. Thirdly, they need to buy Bath towels, beach towels and kitchen towels. The beach towels were Tiny you needed two to cover the lounger. Also, another set of keys Would be nice. Most of all, we didn’t appreciate being called at 7:30am On our last day which woke all of us up to tell us to leave the keys on the Counter. We had gotten a text yesterday telling us the same thing.

Great Mountain Views

We have been coming to Arizona for a few years. This is the first condo we rented. Always rented single family houses before. Very nice condo, was VERY well appointed with paper products and soap. All we needed to buy was our food and drinks. One of the 2 pools is very close to condo. Very clean, good location, well kept grounds. Split bedrooms design with large master suite. Plenty of towels and blankets, kitchen fully stocked. Plenty of space. Relaxing place to stay. Couch is a little uncomfortable. Residents of the complex were very friendly. Most were snowbirds like us. The location of the complex was great too - just 20 minute drive to several great hikes. Walking distance to several coffee shops. The area is very walk able. Several major grocery stores within a few miles. Views of Superstition Mountains from both decks are fantastic. This condo is in a secure area that fit our needs and made for a wonderful stay. I would recommend this place to my friends and family for a good choice if staying in the Mesa area. Elie the owner is very responsive to any questions that might arise.
