Casa de playa de lujo construida en 2009 con acabados de alta gama. Esta casa de playa North Mission cuenta con un 9 pies africano mahagony bi-fold ventana que abre toda 2d piso gran sala de una corte tranquila y vistas al mar. A pocos pasos del océano Pacífico y Sail Bay ya un corto paseo de Crystal Pier, restaurantes y tiendas. La casa fue diseñada con las familias en mente y es perfecto para 2 familias. El primer piso tiene un dormitorio (queen) y baño privado / ducha. El segundo piso tiene una gran sala / comedor, cocina de acero inoxidable / granito y dormitorio (queen y baño privado / ducha). El tercer piso tiene 1 cama doble, un gemelo y un baño privado / ducha, televisión y sala de estar. La casa tiene un gran patio de patio con muebles de comedor y una cubierta de nivel 3d con muebles de patio de teca y vistas al mar. 20x20 garaje para dos coches. Otras comodidades incluyen pisos de madera dura, ducha caliente / fría exterior, parrilla de propano, pantalla plana de 50 pulgadas, receptor estéreo para la música de Iphone, y alta velocidad inalámbrico a Internet. Amazing experience

Our stay was absolutely perfect and we would definitely stay here again. Location was amazing and everything was within walking distance. The home had all that we needed and more for our 7 day stay. The host was easy to communicate with and check-in/out was seamless. Thank you for such a great stay!

Mission Beach Gem

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Mission Beach location. The home was comfortable, clean and well stocked with everything you might need. It is located just a minutes walk to the boardwalk. There are many restaurants within walking distance and grocery store not to far away. The upper deck has comfortable seating and a good place to watch the sunsets. Could not be happier with our stay and hope to return next year.

Prime location & better than advertised

We’ve been coming to PB & MB for 40 years except for Covid era. This home was in top 2. There is a cozy bedroom & bathroom on each of the 3 levels. On the 2nd level the windows open in a unique fashion. I like windows that face West & allow the cooler ocean breeze. There were several. You can walk to Ralph’s grocery & World Famous. A big surprise was a garage where we parked 2 SUVs. That is rare with space at a premium. Prior to arrival i contacted owner via VRBO. Prompt & accurate responses provided a worry free check in and departure. Two thumbs up. We would stay again.

Great location and place, beware of parking and bring your own toilet paper etc.

It was very comfortable, clean and new. The best part is being steps away from the beach. This place could be improved by stocking it with essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing soap and handsoap.I would expect these things given the amount we spent to rent it for a week. Don't be fooled by their claim that you can park 3 cars easily. We got a parking ticket for parking in the designated driveway where the add says you can park. Unless, it's a Prius, you will not be able to park a third car! The photographer did an amazing job making this place look bigger than it actually is. Also the beds are uncomfortable. If you have little ones like we do, there is a safety hazard with the giant accordian windows in the living room. It's low enough that a child can climb over it and fall out since there are no screens. But it does provide a nice breeze and light into the space. We were just paranoid that one of our kids would fall out! Easy drive to the Zoo and Legoland from here.The cleaners came earlier than they should've, which caused us to work around them and their vehicle blocking our way. All in all I would recommend this place for easy access to the beach.

Thank you for your response. The toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing soap and hand soap have been immediately restocked and we will make sure this doesn't happen again. The cleaners have been informed to arrive no sooner than 10 a.m. Mattresses have been replaced. The third parking space will only fit a small to medium size car, and we will advise our future guests that the tires must be within the outside red line to avoid a ticket. Parking also exists in the 2 car garage. We have had many families with children stay at our home over the years and have never had an issue with the mahogany bi-fold windows. We consider them to be a feature of the home as it opens the entire family room to the court and ocean view. We look forward to providing great service in the future.

Terrific Beach Vacation!

This was a great place to gather our 6 of 7 grown *kids*, their families, significant others etc. and reconnect. (they all live in faraway locales.) The home is as described. A tiny bit of fuss to get a few necessities (paper products etc. resupplied)...but EASY communication and quick responses. Home is sooooo close to the ocean beach...and only a block further to the bay-side.Roof deck has awesome view of the waves...nice breezes...and a surprisingly comfortable couch! So nice! Kitchen well stocked with pots and pans. Plenty of dishes, glasses etc. Middle floor-Kitchen and livingroom - comfortable furniture and afforded easy socializing. (Beds were fine...we like super soft..these...not so soft...but, OK) SUPER Easy access to terrific takeout (on foot) as well as all that PB and Mission Bay offers foodwise. (La Playa - AWESOME mexican food!) 2 car garage...tight, yes...but we have a giant Toyota Sequoia...still managed, carefully, to fit the beast and a compact into the garage. HUGE plus in this hard to park area. (One of our kids, in an RV, actually managed on the street parking for Fri-Tues morning just steps from the home!!) The beach was so perfect! Waves were excellent! Water was WARM! (73 degrees!!) We DID, however, have 3 of our party get stingray stings while bodysurfing...so maybe wear water shoes! Still - 73 yr old Dad was soooo delighted to bodysurf with nearly ALL of his kids at the same time!! Wonderful vacation! Thank you.

Amazing stay at a beautiful property!

It’s perfectly located in north mission/PB area with convenient walking to restaurants, bars, shopping, grocery store, and local smaller convenience store. Perfect Getaway

Beautiful home and perfect location near great restaurants and bars. The home had everything we needed and we loved the layout of the rooms, each with their own bathroom. Only recommendation is to replace the either the deck or courtyard table and chairs with more comfy couches or chairs to relax in. Also downstairs bedroom could use a dresser. Otherwise, we loved it! Great beach location!

We had such a great stay in Mission Bach. We loved the location, it was just south of Pacific Beach, but much quieter and more family friendly. We also enjoyed Sail Bay and had a great day paddle boarding there. The layout of the house was perfect for our group - my husband and I, my parents and my daughter. We each had our own space with our own bathroom. Also loved the huge bi-fold window. We couldn’t have been happier!

Yarmouth Get Away

Love the property and location. We had friends at Catamaran. Neighbors we wonderful the local and visiting. Best beach lane by far. I would rent again. We had little peeps sick and didn’t have any paper towels, rags, Kleenex or extra tp. I normally bring but first trip decided not to overpack. No beach chairs or umbrellas and no umbrella for table outside. We bought, which is ok. But definitely needs umbrella for outside patio table. We did everything we wanted but the best was reserving The Fire Guy to set up tiki torch sunset s’mores on bay side for enjoyment of firework show at SeaWorld. That was our gran finale to our week long stay. We will definitely be back.
