Stand-up paddleboard/ kayaks (2), beach cruisers (4), kids scooter (1), kids bike (1), kids helmet (1), comfy beach lounge chairs (6) and umbrellas, body/ boogie boards (4), Smash Ball, sand bocce ball, and all the shovels and beach toys your little ones could ask for!!

Featuring an expansive rooftop deck with bay views, this home was built in 2017 and has floor to ceiling sliding doors on the main level and 3rd floor. The designer kitchen with stainless steel Bosch appliances has all the kitchen utensils needed to create a gourmet meal.

Enjoy the beach lifestyle and watch the sunrise or sunset on the 3rd story sundeck with built-in grill and mini fridge. There's also a sink next to the grill for added convenience.

Other perks include: flat screen smart tvs in every bedroom and living room, high speed internet from the garage to the rooftop deck, high efficiency washer and dryer, air conditioning with individual climate zones in every bedroom, Nest thermostats, ceiling fans throughout, and a manicured courtyard out front with seating area for 6.

Queen Bed, dresser, 42" smart tv, en suite bath with shower/tub combo, located on the ground level. Direct access to the courtyard. Desk for those who need to fit in some work in between trips to the sand.

Queen bed, dresser, 42" smart tv, adjacent bath with double vanity and walk in shower. Located on 2nd level (main living/kitchen level).

Bedroom 3:
Queen bed, dresser, 42" smart tv, en suite bath with walk in shower. Located on the 3rd floor and walks out to the 3rd floor patio. Sleep with the French doors open and relax in the ocean breeze!!

2nd Floor, Main Living/Dining area:
Open Floor Plan, Floor to ceiling sliding doors that look out onto Windemere Ct courtyard (with fence for safety). Comfy leather sofa and swivel chairs, 65" smart tv, and ceiling fan.

This home is intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed

Wonderful.The house is beautifully appointed and equipped with everything you could need. The location was perfect, 1 block from the beach and 2 blocks from the bay. There are endless food, coffee & shops within easy walking distance. I didn’t use my car the entire 4 nights we stayed. I hosted a small business retreat at the house and the kitchen, rooftop & front patio provided plenty of work/eat/talk options.The host was incredibly responsive with some small requests and questions of mine. Would 100% recommend and stay again.

We love staying at this property! I stayed for two weeks. A friend stayed with me for a couple of days. Then, four adult family members spent a few days with me. The location is great! Close to beach, ocean, restaurants, etc. Communication with Josh and Nicole is awesome! Check in is easy! Having two parking spaces is really nice! We loved sitting out on the patio and upper deck! The house is fully equipped with everything one would need to have a wonderful stay! Which we did! We will go back for sure!! Thank you Josh and Nicole!

Wonderful

We stayed here for 6 night with my family of 3 and 2 grandparents. The house was perfect and accommodated everyone perfectly. The dual patios were awesome..we utilized the ground floor patio in the mornings and for those that wanted to stay up later the top floor patio in the evenings. The great thing about the house was that it came fully equip with bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards and much more. That was very nice! The beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked. They thought of everything! And the location was perfect. Walkable to everything and the street was nice and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

We just returned from the most amazing family vacation at this VRBO in Mission Beach, and I can honestly say it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to beach gear.The location was absolutely ideal—just steps from the sand and close to everything. We spent our mornings watching the sunrise with coffee on the balcony, our days biking the boardwalk or playing in the waves, and our evenings enjoying the vibrant yet laid-back atmosphere of Mission Beach.Traveling with kids can be tricky, but this place made it easy. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the setup was perfect for families. The beds were super comfortable, and we appreciated the quiet neighborhood at night for a good night’s sleep.

Great Space in a Great Location

We had a wonderful four night stay at this property and would certainly choose it again on future trips. Very clean and comfortable with nice indoor and outdoor spaces alike. Proximate to both the beach and many bars and restaurants. And the communication and ease of access was outstanding throughout. Highly recommended.

AMAZING LOCATION & PROPERTY

Brought our two four year olds for a week of fun for Spring Break. Property was in immaculate condition. Property owners very responsive and wonderful hosts. One thing to note they may have their rental car available on Turo making it even easier to get around and of course the convenience 15 mins to airport, La Jolla, San Diego Zoo, or downtown San Diego! Plenty of extras like bikes, boogie boards, scooter, paddle boards, beach chairs to make the price even more worth it!

Great trip!

We stayed here with three total couples and it was great having each of our own space due to the three rooms being on each floor. The house was updated throughout the house and very clean! It was on a quiet street and only took a couple minutes to walk to the beach. Not only was the house updated but it had everything you needed for the beach! Plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards and bikes! We cooked almost every meal at the house and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We used the BBQ on the top patio and it was a great way to enjoy the sunset while cooking our meal! It was a short walk to pacific beach and the pier when we wanted to watch the sunrise or sunset! The check in process was easy and Jonathan (our contact for the house) texted us right back when we checked in and the day we checked out. We would stay in this house anytime we are in San Diego again and would recommend it to all of our friends and family!

Awesome

Great location in between Mission Bay and the Pacific Ocean. Well stocked house, in brand new condition, with a beautiful rooftop lounging area for dinner and drinks with views of the Bay and the Ocean and the nightly fireworks. Also a lovely downstairs patio area. Stocked well with beach chairs, toys, towels, bicycles, paddleboards. Awesome 10 days in SD enhanced by this beautiful property. Highly recommended.

Great property

Our group consisted of 2 adults, 3 teenagers (16,18 and 19 years old). The location was perfect- far enough off the boardwalk that it was quiet but very quick walk to the beach or bay. It was an easy walk to shops/restaurants at Pacific Beach, and only about a mile walk to Belmont Park. Our teens were happy. House was well stocked with amenities, and owner was very responsive to communication. Would highly recommend this property.

Great place, clean, well supplied, great location

This place worked out great for our group. Three adults two 17 yr olds and one 18 month old. The ac worked well, especially with different units in each bedroom and living area. The unit is well stocked and in beautiful condition. Only suggestion would be to add blackout curtains in the ground floor bedroom due to Outdoor security lights. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the property.

Beautiful home in a great location!

Great house for a family to enjoy! Very close to the beach and restaurants, everything within walking distance. We had planned on taking the bikes on the boardwalk but ended up just walking and exploring the shops and restaurants. Communication between the owners was exceptional, gave us tips on exploring the local cuisine which was greatly appreciated! Kids had a blast on the beach and the boardwalk! Great vacation, plan on staying again in the future!

737 Windemere - Fabulous!

This gorgeous, beautifully remodeled, clean home was even better in person than in the listing photos. It is perfectly located between the ocean beach & Mission Bay Beach - a short walk to both. The house is fully equipped with whatever you need for your stay— beach toys, bikes & surfing, everything we needed for cooking at home. Cocktails on the roof patio/ meals outside in the front courtyard/ walkable to fun little restaurant spots. Easy communication with the property manager. Exceeded all expectations. We are returning again next year for sure!

This is our second time at this property and it is perfect! The location of the home is close to everything! The kitchen is great for gathering and very functional for cooking. The rooftop is an oasis to relax before bed. The house is stocked for all beach, bay, bike activities- the paddle boards were fun! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The Crown Jewel of Windemere

This was my third stay at this amazing property. I return every year because of the quality of the home, the cleanliness, the amenities included, and the perfect location between the beach and the bay. Various friends and family come out to join me every year, and all have remarked how beautiful and comfortable this home is. I am already booked for next year and looking forward to it!!

Great vacation

The home is in a perfect location far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the beach noise/traffic/people, yet just steps away from the Pacific Ocean. We rented a car but only had to use it for excursions, as everything you could want and need is within walking distance, including the grocery store. Faucet in the upstairs bathroom came loose, but the owners repaired it in just 24 hours. Overall a wonderful vacation.

Unforgettable Spring Break!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing home during our spring break, and I can’t recommend it enough! The house was spotless. It was evident that the host take cleanliness seriously, and we truly appreciated that. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials and the garage was full of everything we needed for a day at the beach and more. The location is fantastic. Just minutes away from all the action, making it convenient for us to explore the area and take advantage of the numerous attractions nearby. I can’t emphasize enough how much we loved our stay on our unforgettable spring break for my family.

Very Clean, great location!

You never know what to expect with a VRBO, this one exceeded expectations, I have to say! It was SO clean! Which is rare. Also, it was such a better location than I thought. On a cute little Mission Beach walkway seconds from the beach! Got used to a morning walk for coffee! It was perfect for 3 kids 5, 8 and 12 and adults as well. The kitchen and the main living area are on the 2nd floor, and was spacious enough for everyone. I would definitely recommend!
