Each of the 6 bedrooms is thoughtfully decorated with plush bedding, ample storage, and charming touches — designed with relaxation in mind. There are 3 full bathrooms in the house.



KITCHEN

Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with modern appliances and all the essentials for group cooking, cocktails, or late-night snacks.



DINING:

Gather around the large dining table for meals, laughs, and unforgettable moments.



LIVING:

Lounge in the comfortable living room with plenty of seating and a flat-screen 85 inch TV — perfect for movie nights or morning coffee chats.



GAME ROOM: Step into a one-of-a-kind game room, a true gamer`s paradise. Challenge your group to a game of pool, rack up high scores on the classic arcade games, or test your swing on our professional golf simulator. For late-night fun, the karaoke setup and shuffleboard promise endless laughs. The golf simulator doubles as a large projector screen, perfect for movie nights and streaming your favorite shows.



PATIO & POOL

Your private backyard awaits! Lounge on the patio and take a refreshing dip in the private pool (3-6 ft deep, open all year). Unwind and relax in the luxurious hot tub, then grab a drink from the convenient outdoor bar area. An outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after a swim. Pool is open all year round. However, be mindful that Savannah is a seasonal state and sometimes the high winds or rainfall may not support you to use the pool fully during your stay. Pool cleaning is performed regularly each week. However, leaves and dirt can easily make way on stormy days making pool unavailable for those days.



NOTES

- Parking: House comes with 5 car drive way parking.

- 10 pm - 8 am are strictly quiet hours. Loud music/noise/events strictly not permitted.

- Keypad entry for flexible check-in

- If you are bringing along a dog, we thought of letting you know that dog poop needs to be bagged and disposed from the yard.

AREA: We are located close to the below attractions:

- Wormsloe Historic Site – 1 minute: Walk the famed oak-lined avenue and dive into Savannah’s rich history.

- Downtown Savannah – 15 minutes: Discover River Street, boutique shopping, and lively restaurants.

- Tybee Island – 25 minutes- Perfect for beach days, water adventures, or exploring this charming coastal gem.



SECURITY: We do have video surveillance of the front door & driveway which helps us in maintaining the property from a distance. The video is motion activated, but can be checked at any time by the hosts via live feed. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.



PETS:

We are a pet friendly home, so feel free to bring over your furry friends during your stay.

- Up to 2 pets allowed ($100 fee per stay). Approval needed for more, with extra fees.

- Keep pets leashed while walking in the neighborhood.

- ⁠No unattended pets

- No pets on furniture (sofas, beds, etc).

- ⁠Clean up after them inside and outside

- Prevent excessive barking or noise.

While $100 pet fee covers extra cleaning, but additional charges apply for uncollected pet waste, soiled linens, or damaged furniture. Thanks for keeping our space pet-friendly for all!



SMOKING/DRUGS POLICY This is no smoking and no drug use house. Use of such is strictly prohibited inside or outside on premises. $500 fee for evidence of smoking or drug use plus additional cleaning fees apply.



The nightly rates are reflective of minimum guest booking with no pets. We request you to add the exact count of guests, children and pets at the time of reservation for the nightly rates to be accurately reflected for any additional charges.
