-We offer 24/7 messaging but cannot always offer maintenance or staff to attend after 5 pm or before 9 am. We will do our best to resolve your needs and requests as quickly as possible once we have staff available.

-We offer just about everything you need to get started such as coffee, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc but please understand we offer enough to start your trip and any extras you need you will be responsible for.

Beautifully designed and professionally decorated, this home offers multiple living areas, including a bright living room with quad glass sliding doors opening to a spacious screened porch. The sun-filled chef’s kitchen features high-end appliances—Subzero fridge, Miele dishwasher, pro gas stove—granite counters, a large prep island with bar seating, and a cozy breakfast nook with yard views.

Enjoy meals in the formal dining room or outdoors on the screened porch with both dining and lounge areas.

BEDROOMS: A spacious primary suite with a king bed and en-suite bath is located on the first floor. Upstairs, a second en-suite primary includes its own sitting/TV room. Two additional bedrooms—one with a king bed and one with two twins—share a Jack-and-Jill bath with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower. All bedrooms have Hunter Douglas blackout shades. 

MEDIA ROOM AND WORKOUT ROOM – A cozy, well-appointed media room offers the perfect retreat for teens or families to unwind with a movie, complete with leather reclining seating and cutting-edge Savant stereo surround sound.  Additionally, there’s a bonus room designed for both relaxation and fitness, featuring a large flat-screen TV, cozy sofas, and a well-equipped workout area with an elliptical machine, weight bench, yoga mat, workout mat, and wall mirror.

Vineyard Haven, Oak Bluffs, and Edgartown are all within a 15–20 minute drive.

House Rules-
1. No pets
2. No smoking of any kind
3.Sleeps 8 max, additional guests are allowed upon request
4. You will be charged for any damage done to the house or furnishing inside as well as missing items. We do inspections before and after each stay.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.

Things to note-
-The pool will be heated to 82 degrees in July and August, included in the rental rate
-The pool closes September 30th and reopens in June.
-We use Comcast Internet and TV Service.
-The garage is off limits to guests and remains locked.
-There is a land line at the house for use as well. Cell reception can be spotty at times.
