This was the perfect home when visiting Seneca Lake. Great access to wineries and breweries, house was clean and had everything we needed, we cycled along route 414 and loved it and finally had the best sunset on all of Seneca Lake right on the front porch. We would stay here again.
Beautiful place to stay. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Huge deck with a great view of the lake. Perfect location for us, only 10-12 minutes from downtown Watkins Glen. Close to the state park, and just a short drive to other parks in the area. Close to numerous wineries and places to dine out. Anita was a great host with great communication. Would definitely stay there again.
Perfect spot to hit all the things in and around the area. Close to everything yet completely private. Gorgeous view of the lake, well maintained and comfortable house for a good size group. Plenty of parking and you can walk to the distillery and a winery. Host is very responsive and helpful. Will be back!

About the host
Hosted by Anita M Graf
Your main host, Anita, is originally from Northern California, but has lived and studied or worked in many different states. She met and married her husband while serving in the Peace Corps in Dominican Republic (‘95-‘97), and they have raised a family of three children in Ithaca since 2000.
Cohost Anthony (“Buck”) started working with Anita on Ithaca rental properties in 2022, and has become a business partner on this endeavor. Anita oversees renovations, and Buck makes them happen, along with his assistant. The three of them love working together, and made much of the distinctive interior features here, including the hand built kitchen, upstairs bed frames, and other details.
Buck grew up in Brooklyn, NY, but has spent the majority of his life as a local. He lives in Trumansburg with his wife and teenage son. When not working on properties with Anita, Buck’s passions are Muskie fishing and coaching his son’s football and baseball teams.
