THIS condo has sold. The new owner is also listing on VRBO # 5209255 however, VRBO will not transfer funds paid by previously booked guest. The first owner must have each guest cancel and then rebook the same condo with the new owner. In order to do this, the guest must wait for their refund to book the new listing for the same condo. Sadly, I have to turn the new inquiries down as I give the opportunity to the booked guest the ability to rebook. This is not what we think is the best customer service but they give us no choice. I am sorry it inconvenience your experience and hope you will consider us for other dates.

Enjoy the second floor condo for 2 people and a dog. Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and North Myrtle Beach sandy beach, will put you on the oceans edge with just steps to the shore or continuous view from the balcony and living room.
Inside this direct ocean front villa is a living room with full ocean view, kitchen, standard bath and bedroom with a kingsized bed. Floors are tile and fabrics chosen to be both dog friendly and people friendly. We do not feel that quality should be compromised because we are dog friendly. Our 20 years of continuous business substantiates this claim.
This villa is on the second floor of our 3 story building. There are 3 units per floor. Our small building is nestled between private homes and we are 5 blocks from the nearest high rise. This means you do not compete for beach space. Anytime of the day, low or high tide, there is plenty of space for your lounging.
Oceanfront is a large common area deck with shower and hose to rinse off you, your belongings, and your pooch. There are also lounge chairs and seating if you choose to sit here on a windy day.
You MUST tell me about your DOG when you inquire. I cannot consider your request if you do not tell me your dogs AGE, BREED, and SIZE.

THERE IS ONE PARKING SPACE PER UNIT. THE CITY IS VERY ACTIVE WITH TOWING. WE WILL ALSO TOW ANY EXTRA VEHICLE SO THAT GUEST CAN PARK.
